Ellen's Futon will not honor their warranty
I bought a futon from Ellen's a few years ago with a year warrantyAbout years in the futon broke and I contacted the company with the warranty and receipt in handI emailed first with an associate who put me in contact with Jay and was told that the manufacturer stopped making the futon and that they would give me money off the purchase of a new one
Once told the name of the manufacturer I contacted them and was informed that they were not the manufacturer, just the distributer and that the manufacturer was still making the futonWhen the futon is looked up on line there are still people who have it and are selling it
My warranty is valid and so I contacted Jermaine at the Laurel store on 10/21/who said that he would honor the warranty and would look into finding a replacement piece and call back, which he never did I tried to call him on 10/28/16, I left a message, on 11/1/I got a recording and no option to lea

Warning! Stay away from these crooks! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. We payed to install a new door at a commercial property and at first it seemed ok but the problems started soon after. They must have used the cheapest materials possible because soon as the wind caught the door it ripped the hydrolic return spring out of the frame. Not only that we called them for months and explained what happened and they never came to fix it and once the warranty was over after months of calling them and practically begging them to come fix the issue they showed up and charged us $300 for a new part that no longer was covered under warranty since THEY didn't show up for months. Now we have had this new piece installed and they same exact thing happened to it as the last one. $300 dollars down the drain. Their mechanic who replaced that part even said that "this is how we make our money". They are thieves, keep your hard earned money and do yourself a favor and use someone's else. Poor Service and refuses to correct the issue.Date of repair 3/4/2014. Replaced windshield. Molding on upper left driver side has come detached from the windshield exposing the glass. The manager tells me he doesn't see the problem.This was on 5/5/2014. They keep giving me double talk. Now I have exposed glass on my windshield the molding in loose to the point it turns inward when I drive or a good wind blows through.To me they are dishonest and doesn't back up their work. Out of courtesy they should have fixed the problem. I would have been happy to get an estimate on out of pocket. But I didn't even get that courtesy.Desired SettlementFix the problem. If I can trust they will do a good job.

I have had 4-5 auto windows replaced with fastglass with no complaints. However the last window replacement they tried to cover up a big hole they had broken in my dash. The manager did not want to repair it, then could not contact his repair guy, then asked us to have done. When we contacted their repair guy and showed him damages he stated that how fastglass wanted it repaired would be just a "band aide ". Fastglass says it can be repaired for considerably less than estimate ($1800) but refused to direct me to who can supposibly do the work. The vp further states that since the dash had a crack that they are not legally liable for the huge hole they put in my dash.
