When Mr. [redacted] came back later that afternoon to pick up his vehicle he mentioned that the hood was scratched, I walked outside with him to look at it, when I asked him which scratch he was talking about, because his hood had scratches throughout as well as his fenders and roof. I didn't mean to be insulting I just wanted to make sure where he thought the damage occurred. I explained to him that the scratches that he was talking about were in an area that we would not have had any contact with. I asked him how he wanted me to resolve the problem, he said he wanted me to pay for his paint job. I explained to him that I did not feel responsible for the damage to his paint, before we could discuss the matter further he left angry. I am truly sorry that Mr. [redacted] didn't feel he could resolve this matter with me. As far as the windshield still leaking, this complaint with the Revdex.com is the first I've heard about it. All windshields installed by us carry a life time warranty against leaks, if he would bring it back to us we will either fix the leak or give him a full refund. Mr. [redacted] didn't receive a receipt for the leak repair because there was no charge. He was given a receipt at the time of the install which is also his warranty. The quality of the glass installed in Mr. [redacted] vehicle is OEM spec. It is the same quality windshield that all the glass shops in the valley install, since we all buy from the same supplier. I would really like to have a chance to make Mr. [redacted] experience with us better, I wish him the best of luck with his vehicle no matter how he wishes to proceed.
