Ellen's Futon will not honor their warranty I bought a futon from Ellen's a few years ago with a year warrantyAbout years in the futon broke and I contacted the company with the warranty and receipt in handI emailed first with an associate who put me in contact with Jay and was told that the manufacturer stopped making the futon and that they would give me money off the purchase of a new one Once told the name of the manufacturer I contacted them and was informed that they were not the manufacturer, just the distributer and that the manufacturer was still making the futonWhen the futon is looked up on line there are still people who have it and are selling it My warranty is valid and so I contacted Jermaine at the Laurel store on 10/21/who said that he would honor the warranty and would look into finding a replacement piece and call back, which he never did I tried to call him on 10/28/16, I left a message, on 11/1/I got a recording and no option to lea

Mr [redacted] dropped his jeep Cherokee in the morning at his convenience, and stated his windshield was leakingWe leak tested it and found a tiny pin hole in the bead that seals the windshield, we were able to fix the leak and we cleaned the windshield and tested it againThere was no puddle in the floor boardWhen Mr [redacted] came back later that afternoon to pick up his vehicle he mentioned that the hood was scratched, I walked outside with him to look at it, when I asked him which scratch he was talking about, because his hood had scratches throughout as well as his fenders and roofI didn't mean to be insulting I just wanted to make sure where he thought the damage occurredI explained to him that the scratches that he was talking about were in an area that we would not have had any contact withI asked him how he wanted me to resolve the problem, he said he wanted me to pay for his paint jobI explained to him that I did not feel responsible for the damage to his paint, before we could discuss the matter further he left angryI am truly sorry that Mr [redacted] didn't feel he could resolve this matter with meAs far as the windshield still leaking, this complaint with the Revdex.com is the first I've heard about itAll windshields installed by us carry a life time warranty against leaks, if he would bring it back to us we will either fix the leak or give him a full refundMr [redacted] didn't receive a receipt for the leak repair because there was no chargeHe was given a receipt at the time of the install which is also his warrantyThe quality of the glass installed in Mr [redacted] vehicle is OEM specIt is the same quality windshield that all the glass shops in the valley install, since we all buy from the same supplierI would really like to have a chance to make Mr [redacted] experience with us better, I wish him the best of luck with his vehicle no matter how he wishes to proceed

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI was driving down the 101-S during rush hour traffic and one of this company's drivers decided to try to speed up to over take me in traffic due to HOV lane endingWhile doing so he was merging right into my lane and nearly ran me into another lane full of cars As he finally realized he wasn't going to make it, he then proceeded to tailgate me until another opening came in traffic where he then tried to speed off
This is where the big issue comesI decided to contact the business in hopes to help them and inform them of their reckless driverI called and spoke to a receptionist who said the manager was out and my info would be forwarded to him to contact meMinutes later I receive a very unprofessional TEXT MESSAGE stating, "HOV land ended ..." and ended with, "get over it." Not only is this unprofessional, but it made me feel uneasy about releasing my personal information to this company
I did not respond to the email directly, I called the company back and told them this is unacceptableIf the person who text messaged me was the manager or not, it was very unprofessionalI had no intention but to let the company know their driver was being reckless and was endangering other drivers on the roadI have no idea why they would release my information to their driver so that he could contact me himself via text messageThe only thing I can think of is that this is the manager himself being reckless on the roadEven if it was him who contacted me, this is no way to treat people on a situation
I feel like I was being harassed and have debated contacting authorities about this company releasing my personal information to the driverWhen I spoke with the receptionist the second time around, they didn't seem concerned or surprised on the situationI would beware when dealing with this company and their shady antics

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I was driving down the 101-S during rush hour traffic and one of this company's drivers decided to try to speed up to over take me in traffic due to HOV lane ending. While doing so he was merging right into my lane and nearly ran me into another lane full of cars. As he finally realized he wasn't going to make it, he then proceeded to tailgate me until another opening came in traffic where he then tried to speed off.

This is where the big issue comes. I decided to contact the business in hopes to help them and inform them of their reckless driver. I called and spoke to a receptionist who said the manager was out and my info would be forwarded to him to contact me. Minutes later I receive a very unprofessional TEXT MESSAGE stating, "HOV land ended ..." and ended with, "get over it." Not only is this unprofessional, but it made me feel uneasy about releasing my personal information to this company.

I did not respond to the email directly, I called the company back and told them this is unacceptable. If the person who text messaged me was the manager or not, it was very unprofessional. I had no intention but to let the company know their driver was being reckless and was endangering other drivers on the road. I have no idea why they would release my information to their driver so that he could contact me himself via text message. The only thing I can think of is that this is the manager himself being reckless on the road. Even if it was him who contacted me, this is no way to treat people on a situation.

I feel like I was being harassed and have debated contacting authorities about this company releasing my personal information to the driver. When I spoke with the receptionist the second time around, they didn't seem concerned or surprised on the situation. I would beware when dealing with this company and their shady antics.
