Fast Lane Auto Reviews (11)

Revdex.com spoke to John at the business and the following was relayed: I tried to help the customerHe rejected every attempt to help, including the parts he wanted which was the u joint in the drive shaftHe did not repair, it got worse and then the driveshaft needed replacementHe refused my assistance and to communicate with me

Revdex.com spoke to John at business and the following was relayed: The bill of sale was signed and provided to the customer, this matter was resolved a long time ago

First of all I don't have to respond to this because that is not my name on the complaint

This complaint is purely fraud and .fast lane auto has never done business with a mr [redacted] on a snow plowMr [redacted] may have purchased a snow plow off of [redacted] from someone and picked it up at fast lane auto as a courtesy however fast lane auto has no ties to this transaction in any way shape for form

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My
drive shaft failed on 12/14/(months into a month parts warranty)
and I have all documentation to prove thisI called John on 12/14/
to inform him that I would need a replacement of my driveshaft as is
garunteed in my month parts warrantyJohn writes "I tried to help the
customerHe rejected every attempt to help" John is categorical lying
here, as I have all emails from John after 12/15/15, after I contacted
him to request a warrrenty placement for my failed driveshaftIn all of
my emails with John after 12/15/15, no offer to replace my driveshaft
was ever madeThe only things he said (please see my original comlaint)
was that he wanted pictures, which I provided along with a dealers
statement, and then another email from John said he was looking for a
driveshaftHis last correspondance was to tell me that the best he
could do is to give me a website and told me to go search for it there,
no offer for replacement or repair was ever made in that emailAgain I
have saved all email correspondence with John from 12/15/forward to
prove itWhat John is doing is lying about our correspondence from
12/15/forward (when I contacted him for a warranty of my failed drive
shaft)This is warranty fraud, periodBuyer beware! What is so
shocking is that he is saying that I am refusing his helpIf that was
the case why would I be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get him to
help meIt has been since 12/15/at this point with no resolution
from John, if this is not resolved l will take the matter to small
claims courtNo one should be allowed to get away with warranty fraud
The emails begin with the *** dealership explaining what happened and providing me with photos that I forwarded to John at Fast Lane Auto SalesThat thread begins in the attached PDF titled "*** - ......" and continues on in the attached PDF titled "*** - ...." I also included my bill of sale to show that my purchase of the truck occurred in August and my part failure happened within my month parts warrantyBest,- *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have supplied the information indicating this was a transaction with the business indicated and the person has unfortunately chosen to operate a less than honorable business I suspect he has good intentions, however regarding this snow plow I should have backed out when he did not respond with confirmation videos as requested to confirm the plow actually operated as advertised The situation I was presented with when I arrived to pick up the plow - as I indicated earlier - that he would not accept a refund for leaving the plow gave me only the approach to take ownership with the idea that the *** guarantee provided some encouragement of resolutionHopefully this fellows view of how to operate a business can not be supported as it exists. His general business approach is not good This seems to be supported by the view of his surrounding businesses He does not have a good reputationHis intentions seem to be good and hopefully the right circumstances will come along to point him in the right direction I must continue to pursue some responsibility on his part to convey he needs to change his business pattern In this case the resolution is not complete until I know how much it will cost to finally bring the plow to an operating condition For expediency I am willing to accept a flat amount of $to consider the case closed Otherwise I will continue to accumulate all bills and invoices until the plow is to the "operating condition" advertised If *** is not going to hold to their "guarantee" I hope someone is responsible enough to stand behind what they advertise and be accountable This business approach should not be encouragedRegards, *** ***

I reccomend closing this case with no grounds. This transaction has nothing. To do with fast lane auto or nydiesels or anything. This individual bought a snow plow off of [redacted]. As is where is. No guarantee. Why he is trying to make a claim is beyond me. As is means as is. But it Also has nothing to do with these businesses.
