Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My responses to quotes from Allen R***'s office:R***: "Mrs*** later called the same day upset and stated that Allen's fee's SHOULD include all repair work needed on the property."*** ***: I thought his quote included everything. It was why I chose him. Why would I only want part of it done? I did NOT call later that day and say his fees "SHOULD" include all the work. I told his wife I was confused and upset that obviously there had been a huge communication problem between me and MrR***.R***: "Months later Mrs*** called requesting to see the materials cost and have Allen meet her at the property to show her the worked that was done."*** ***: This was not months later. I immediately expressed confusion as to why and how $*** of materials were used, and would like a receipt. This makes total sensethat anyone would want a receipt. I am a Landlord, I need it for my tax return I never received it, and yes, months later requested it again. Also to meet me and explain and show me what was done. From R***: "The contract was completed and a few extra things were done as well"My response: What "extra" things, if they barely had time in the days? This was not discussed with me.R***: "Mrs*** threaten Allen over the phone on several occasions to do the work on the front door of house and more work on the back of house at no extra charges or she would make complaints to Revdex.com and Angie's List."*** ***: The hugeness of this lie is unbelievable. Never did I ask him to "complete the work at the original cost". I asked SEVERAL times for him to meet me at the house, show me what was done so I would understand it, (structural damage) and GIVE ME A QUOTE on the work that still remained!!! They stated that I "threatened"?, and "several times"? Oh, my gosh. The only statement I made was finally this past Friday, June 8, eight months later and after being ignored over & over again, that if I didn't receive a printout of the supplies and costs, that we were going to court. I have given up on his completing the job (which I would have paid him for). I still want to understand what he fixed and what still needs to be done.
*** ***
