I hired fast movers via text message to complete a move from Gilbert to Scottsdale when a sale & purchase of a home fell throughThe movers that were sent were not properly trained thus resulting in a large amount of damages to the property which was being moved as well as the property which the items were moved intoI have sent multiple pictures and descriptions of the damages suffered by Fast Movers negligenceI had attempted to pay the movers but they declined stating that I was to "work it out with Omar" a co-owner of the businessI was informed that sometime Monday - Wednesday of last week that Ali, the other co-owner, would be reaching out to my wife and myself to come by and see the damages and find a resolutionAfter he did not come by or make contact I posted a review of my experience to Yelp!He then began the process of scheduling a meeting at my home to view the damages but demanded that the review come down immediately or he would not meetI informed him that th

So if you liked to get raped call these guys because they sure will do it
Also says on here they accept cards, they dont, only cashThe guy on the phone said they take cards and when I tried to pay with my debit they said "no card, cash only."

This person first off never paid the bill, which correct he is not a customer He has declined the insurance coverage in spots and hold harmless of the company for non-insured moves He continues to blast the company on social media with not understanding the bill never paid,
insurance declined, and before damage was even supposedly assessed, he was rude and aggressive Due to this, the company will not pay out on anything relating to this customer as per the above information If he chose the insurance option and paid the bill, we would have no problem to have our cargo insurance cover the damage.
I understand negligence is not an excuse, however, my employees was not negligent Damage needs to be reported if insurance option is selected within minutes of the move and the employees would remain on site for acceptance as well

A second truck carries an additional 50 dollars per hour, plus trip charge.  The workers were not illegal nor from [redacted].  I did not hang up on your wife, however I did say I will make it right.  I did and you accepted.  The next early morning day, your wife called demanding full refund.  The wife is not on the contract, therefore, I am not obligated to speak with her, but I still did.  If you were unsatisfied, then you could have refused to pay and sign the invoice, authorization form to charge credit card, and allowing to take copies of your credit card and id.

The movers that arrived 1.75 hours later than the scheduled appointment time specifically told me that their boss picked up two Mexican workers from a local [redacted] parking lot. At the end of the move the Mexican workers asked me for money. These are not professional movers and I should not have to pay a higher rate as a result of them just being there. The movers that had be sign the contract told both my wife and I to call the owner the next day and he would make it right. The amount that was agreed upon was prior to noticing further damage as a result of the unprofessional moving. Upon the initial estimate from Fast Movers LLc. I specifically requested two trucks with 4 movers. This was not followed whatsoever. I was also told that if a second truck was needed that it would not be a problem and would only pay a "trip Charge". this is completely different than what we were being billed. The follow up conversation with the owner of the business resulted in the owner hanging up on my wife. The subsequent damaged are in access of $1000 and will provide Estimate of Repair if necessary. The owner has not made any effort to contact us to resolve this complaint.

Horrible experience. Owner would not even return my call when I called to complain that they showed up 6 and a half hours late. They will claim that I received 3 movers for $45 an hour. I did not need 3, they needed 3 because the other 2 got pulled over by the police and couldn't drive as well as having the truck towed. Owner accepts no responsibility or offered zero compensation for being 6.5 hours late. Also, they lied several times when estimating their new time of arrival. Everytime I tried to follow up, it was pushed back another hour. The company is unethical and only cares about money. Repeat customers would be tough to find. Owner wouldn't even return my phone calls after the move. I had to call from my wife's phone and he called back thinking it was another job. That obviously proves guilt/cowardice on their part. They also owe me $4 because I had to pay cash. When you don't finish a move until 1 am, their office isn't there to take a credit card. I only had a credit card so it was a breach of contract as well.

Customer wife and husband both called me during their move.  I told them I will make it all right.  When it came time to pay, the customer and the company came to an understanding on the damages that occurred and the bill was reduced by $377 and customer signed the bill under the statement...

as well.  After this, the next morning at 7am the customer's wife called and mentioned she was not satisfied.  I will attach the invoice showing the acceptance of the damage adjustment for the bill.  I did not hire illegal workers and had to pick them up from their other workplace to speed up the job.  They were without the 4 movers as requested for only 30 min, but the bill price was reduced to 2 men and truck for 2 hours.  They got an extra 2 people technically for free for 90 min.  The customer did want 2 trucks but did not want to pay that surcharge for the second truck.  I also have copies of their id and credit card and a credit card authorization but will not attach due to customer privacy concern.

the damage was noticed and mentioned while it occurred and the movers were on property, an attempt to pay was made but was declined by the movers stating to "work it out" with the owner. The moving document that the company has produced is also different from the original which I have record of.
The business needs to make this situation right, they have been granted yet another opportunity here to facilitate a remedy to the damages they caused. I have not "blasted" the company on social media but have left reviews of my experience, the business has the opportunity to correct the damage they caused which would lead to a favorable ending to my dealings with them and in turn a favorable review by doing the right thing. Whether or not the business chooses to see me as a customer is irrelevant as they were by their own admission contracted to complete a move and in the process their employees negligence caused a massive amount of damages.
The acceptable remedy to this situation would be reviewing the damages caused by the company and coming to agreement on restitution.

I checked into this and he had a chance to read the invoice and decline the coverage.  All terms are on invoice prior to movers starting.

I will remain with what I mentioned prior.  As a customer, they should have paid the bill and accepted the insurance.  What exactly they want?  They didn't pay for the bill, nor did they pay for insurance and accepted a non insured move.  They also was aggressive in nature to my workers which is beyond acceptable when before the so called damage was even discovered.  If they paid a bill for the move itself, I would be inclined to give them some sort of refund.

Fast movers did a bait and switch with cost. They...

charged a higher amount than what was on the receipt. They held my furniture hostage packed inside the truck until I signed the bill where the added addition hours and the driver said it was company policy. Complete rip off!

The invoice was signed and accepted before the job started.  The terms was discussed as every customer before booking as well.
