Paid for puppy named Ben. Was never received and sent to wrong state supposedly.
Paid for shipping 6/19/20 was supposed to be shipped the following day to CKB airport. On 6/20/20 got confirmation and a tracking number *** and this site to track ***. The dog never came to that airport at all and when I called to ask they said it went to Wyoming. This dog has been there since with no food in water because they said it wasn't need since it was such a short flight. Once I finally talked to someone they sent me an email asking for another $490 for it to be shipped to the right place when all information was correct as far as shipping besides one email after I asked where the puppy was. Now I can't get a hold of them so they will not refund my money or tell me where the puppy is. For all I know it has died from malnutrition. I haven't slept in days and can't eat worrying about this poor defence less puppy.
I'm seeking the $945 I paid for a puppy that was never received and the company will not respond in any way now.

MAILS & FREIGHT SERVICES HOUSTON-TEXAS BRANCH OFFICE for shipping. I then received an email from the shipping company (fast movers logistics) with a tracking page. I was told I needed to pay $945 for insurance and special crate. I paid. The animal was supposed to be delivered that evening. I did not receive the animal by the morning so I emailed the shipping company as to where was the puppy. I received an email stating they were holding the
animal until I pay vaccines and feeding will cost of $615.00. I have not paid this and contacting your department for assistance. I was told if I did not pay the animal would be sent to the shelter and I would not be refunded
Full refund of cost for Ben (puppy) and insurance/crate fee
The company is to be delivering a horse to me. They've had the horse in transit for 20 days for a 19 hour delivery time! They said they broke down in Ohio and wanted more money for caring for the horse. I told the company at that time through email and phone calls they had the wrong state listed on my address. Three days later, they ended up in Idaho instead of Iowa, and they wanted yet more money for a "retooling fee". I do not think that is my responsibility to pay for their clerical errors and for their lack of communication with their drivers.

Refund I want them to deliver the horse to me with a FULL refund of what I have paid, without expecting more money to correct their mistake to get him to Iowa from Idaho. If they won't do that, then take the horse back to the original owners and give me a FULL refund.
