resolved. The company has responded and sent/hired Jeromes Furniture to fix the bed frame and put it together correctly. They also refunded me $100.00

Review: Moved from Qualcomm area to Murphy Canyon area from a 2br apt w garage to a 4br house. Had a few scheduling hiccups that did cause loss of work/taking time off to be able to meet them at my house to move out and them calling an hr after appt time saying they would be late. Fine. More waiting and loss of income, only for them to cancel again within a few hours. This happened quite a few times. At that point we had half our items at our new house, and had to keep rescheduling cleaners to come clean out the old house. Furniture was left in the garage and no furniture (klids beds, etc) was put together. I get it, it was late at night. They had said they would be back the next AM to complete. Again cancelled becuase they "job was taking longer than expected). 3 days went by with furniture left in garage and beds not put back together. After days of nothing being put back together, you know what you pay movers to do (take apart your furniture, load it, move it and put it back together) I put my kids beds back together again.Finally after a few days of cancels they were able to come back on 6/19 in the AM. (Again had to stop working to get this job done) They loaded the last of the stuff at old location and moved to the new location. The load the furniture (Dressers) back into the correct rooms. The 1 mover packed the garage pretty well but blocked both door access and access to our deep freezer with food in it.They Then put the King bed they "put together", and collapased moments after they left. I called immedialtly to the main # and a cell phone from one of the movers wand no one picked up. The main # called me back asking "if I needed them to go back and fix it" ----- SERIOUSLY?! YES.....He said he would contact the movers. There were parts of the bed not even put back on it, that they left in the hall corridor. If they didnt know how to dismanetl and rebuild the furniture they should have stated that to begin with instead of taking it apart and not building correctly and breaking it. Angel called me back a few moments after that and said he would be back to fix it. after their next job.Here we are Sat AM @ 8AM and STILL NOT FIXED, no return calls or updates. Called again and left another voicemail.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the King Bed frame that they did not put togther properly after they took it apart and moved it.
