Tom H [redacted] called me He said his jetski would not start that he had charged the battary I explained to him over the phone that it would cost $to $for labor plus parts over the phoneHe called back the next dayHe bring the jetski I looked at it with him there checked the battary there was no power in itI explained to him it would need a new battary and possibility a new starter and new solenoidI said to him we will start with a new solenoid and battary oil change new spark plugs cheack over all the componentsThe gas the coolent changedthe wiring cheacked the pump the prop and conponetsI explained to Tom [redacted] that I would do all but the starter insulation would cost $moreBut you will have to buy the solenoid and starter and get them to meHe brought me the solenoid and said just try the solenoid for nowHe brought the solenoid over after I had called him and told him that I checked his starter and it was going out that it need to be changed, it was working porly but will work I told me how to get the starter for cheapHe brought the solenoid over I installed it with him he payed me $plus the oil coolentBut did not want to pay the tax He payed me and take itused it for the weekend He bring it back now Tom has demanded that I should pay for the starter and intall it for free or he will call the Revdex.com and the Attorney General

[redacted] called me and asked How much would it cost Her for me to change jest Her oil I explained to Her that again That I take the mower Home that I am a Full service mower Repair I will not just change the oil and I charge $Labor plus parts and tax and service the Hole mower she said she would talk it over with someone and get Back with meI got a call Back from Her three days later she wanted to do that the mower need itI got there she told me that John deere told Her that the mower was too old they would not work on it she then asked me how much was the mower worth to me I told Her I Dont Buy mowersLook Do you want your mower servicedshe then Handed me two quarts of oil and wanted me to put it in and she would pay me the $and I could leaveshe then showed m the pane of oil that she Had Drained the oil alreadyshe said she Did not Have the time to waitI loded the Riding mower in the trailershe then wanted me no skip taking the mower Home the rest was not importantI said no I Dont work on it Here I will Be Back in tow to three daythe Bill will Be about then I went Home worked on the mower sharped the Blades replaced the Battery and wire ends two spark plugs put oil in the mower But Did not Drain the oil the mower was empty already as she explained to me and showed methat there was no oil washed the Riding mowerand Delivered the mower back to Her the next Daythen I got a call Back from Her she said the mower jest stopped could I look at itshe got Home at the same time as I didshe and I looked at the mower togetherI found that the oil was goneand the mower motor was shot I then took pichers of the pane of oil in ther yard a picher of Her and Her mowerShe accused me of puting the Drain plug in wrongBut I Did not Drain the oil in the first placeHow could I get that wrong the Drain plug I now HowJim W***07/24/

Complaint: [redacted] To whom it may concern,I am rejecting this response because:He admitted to telling me to buy parts that I had payed him for alreadyThen he made me install it because he had to go on vacation and did not have the time to do it himselfIf I want to use my SeaDoo, I had to install the solenoid myselfSince my cousin from Germany was visiting I was desperate and agreed to install the partHowever the part did not make a differenceThere was nothing done to the vesselIt did not start, just as before I brought it to Fast RepairHe also charged me for an oil changeWhen he checked the oil HE was surprised how black it wasSo was IHe proceeded to explain to me that new engine oil is black like the oil that comes out of the ground I don"t know much about engines but that is not true!He charged me for an oil change that was not preformed.Finally I asked Jim, the owner, why I had to bring the SeaDoo back twice, without any work being done or at least not enough to give it back to the customer in non working conditionHe again told me that all this work was done.The vessel still does not workI also told Jim long ago that I would pay as much as it costsBut after being less then forthcoming about the oil change, the fact the vessel is not working, that I had to bring it back twice, his request for more money without any hope for work being performed, I got suspicious and believe that Jim does have less the satisfaction of the customer in mind then his money for the least amount of work necessaryI did not even receive the necessary work for the vessel to function Jim mentioned that I did not want to pay the tax on his workIf that were true I would have obliged Jim and payed cashAs matter of fact he offered me a discount if I pay in cash($425,00)I respectfully declined and payed with a checkCheck number #5080, Amount: $dated: 6/24/2016, As per his request it was made out to "Jim Wallis" directly and not to FAST REPAIRAt this point I need the SeaDoo repairedI will pay all cost related to this jobI do need to subtract the original amount as I believe nothing was done for that payment.Further, I will need compensation for the inability to use my vessel directly due to FAST REPAIR's inaction and deceptionThank you for your help with this matterThis service is a great help! Sincerely, [redacted] ***PS The "work" also seem to progressing at a snail pace, although every time I called he said he would get right on itSo far it has been days since I payed my bill and still have to see anything fixed

[redacted] will try anything to make a Buck or save a Buck I was Lead to BelieveI picked up Her rider mower she said she Had order on line new Blades she went in side to get them she came out with a unopened Box with no Blades she went in side to get them she came out with a unopened Box with no Blades in it she was madshe reordered them from a new sores I told Her she did not need to order them I have Blades for it she insisted she needed to order themshe call me when they came inshe explained How can I save money I said we would talk about it when she got Here with the new Bladesshe got to the shop and she asked for the old Blades she did not want them sharpened I explained to Her she needed new spindles on Hole one and two iner spindles were Bad the two outer spindles were still good we could replace the inner spindles and hold on to the outer part spindles if she needed to replace an outer part she would Have themshe wanted me to Hold on to themI serviced the Hole mower I called Her when it was DuneShe came Back with Her trailer and picked it up she explained it was just what she needed thanks she left Happythen I got a call Back from Her with a tex I knowwhat you Did you ripped me off I want all the money I gave youID [redacted] Jim W***07/24/

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I did not ask to have the oil changed on my mower, I stated that my mower wouldn't run and that there was gas in the oilI was told the carburator may need to be rebuiltThere wasn't any oil in the mower and I had two quarts and a filter I gave MrW*** along with the drain plug, I was also charged for the oil that I providedMr W*** informed me that in addition to fixing my carburator he would do whatever maintenance repairs that were neededI was told it would only take a couple of days to fix my mowerAfter four days I called Mr W*** about my mower and he said he'd get back to meOne hour later he called and said my mower was readyI have never called the John Deere company nor was I ever informed that my mower was "too old " to be worked onI also never told Mr W*** that I "didn't have the time to wait"In addition I never asked that I "skip taking the mower home (Mr W*** home)" I did not get my mower back "the next day"My mower engine is no longer working because Mr W*** failed to put the oil cap back on properlyI have received two other opinions by certified mower mechanics
