Fast Pace Urgent Care (HQ)

Went there 7 days ago got diagnosed with covid, it was like I was infected with Anthrax hurry and get out with a script for steriods. I had a wicked cough that wouldnt stop along with a very sore throat, I called next day hoping to get a call back like promised (nothing). Called the 3rd day I asked front desk Stephanie about the call that I was supposed to (she took the call and said she'd get them to call me back) I had initially asked for an antibiotic but was told that couldn't help me, so I asked for a stronger cough medicine I was denied they said check with my primary DR. which I don't have. I gave up went somewhere else local, and I got what I needed without a delay. I was told because it was covid no other medication could help, they were wrong I got a Z pk antibiotic from another provider and that did indeed help 100% in fact I received some additional meds and I'm doing much better if I had listened to the Fast Pace cult Id probably be in the hospital. If you have something very minor then yes go there, if its anything above a scratch seek a more professional outfit. They shouldn't advertise something they're not equipped to handle.

Fast Pace in Loudon, Tennessee is simply a processing plant for your $75 co-pay. They take it up front, end up having no one available to help you, and refuse to refund. Stay away

Fast Pace in Ashland City is a terrible place. Krystal Dean caused my husband to lose his disability falsified his forms and literally took one look at him then walked out. She never gave him any care but had to fork out a bunch of money for the visit. The to soon find out by his insurance that his disability was dropped because this witch didn't do her job and didn't care. He had to have his case investigated and it took him months to get it back went through so much unnecessary stress and inconvenience because of this woman. She also cut off my birth control for no reason and when I spoke to her on the phone asking why she couldn't give me an answer just felt the need to tell me shes been doing this for 10 years and that I know what Im talking about. She is a bitter woman that has no place in this line of work. I was seeing a very nice caring woman NP at fast pace named Chelsa Frey who was helping me and this other woman got in the middle of it because shes jealous that chelsa is getting business and not her. She is trying to get CHelsa to lose her customers by pulling this crap. Its beyond unprofessional and wicked. How does she still have a job in this field? terrible. I even spoke with supervisor above them and they never responded to her just blew her off like they did me and my husband.unbelievable. That's just apart of this places problems. The other employees there are incompetent and never get their information right. Clueless. They have a do not care attitude. Ruthless place to go for care. Do not support this joke of a ugent care Switch your insurance!

Everytime me and my family have been to this place the people working there seem rude and hateful they seem very inexperienced and like they don't want to be there

DOT physical completedWas completed on the wrong form and DMV would not accept itWhen called they stated that they did not have the correct forms
Would not refund the cost of the exam and exam had to be completed at another facility d/t this office not having the capabilities to completeThis was an added expense
