Review: On Aug. 25th, I called our home warranty company, Old [redacted] and they set up to repair the master bath shower valve with [redacted], DBA Fast Plumbing & Drain. [redacted] came out on the 27th, looked at the shower valve and said "we need to switch out this out from the Delta to a Moen and I will get the authorization from Old [redacted]". Then he told us that we will need to cut a whole for the access way, because warranty does not cover it. So we had it set up with [redacted] on Friday after getting the authorization to do the switch out. We had it set up for 10:00 am, then we called him to see where he was and he said it would be noon. He did not show again, then I called him and he said "oh I took on another job and won't done with it until 2". I told him to be here right when he's done then. He never showed up, so I called him at 4;30 that Friday afternoon and he said, "I don't work on Saturdays, but you tell me the time and I will be there tomorrow". So I told him to be here at 9:00 am. He never showed, so my husband called him at 9;30 to see if he was on his way and he said "oh shoot, immmm, let me call you back". So I called Old [redacted] and they called him and I called him and he swore to them he would be here and he never showed up. It's been ten days and no word from him. Old [redacted] sent out a new plumber last week and he said you do not need a new valve system, only to change the cartridge and you did not need to make that whole in your tile. So now we have a whole in the tile that is unnecessary and you can see the pipes in the walls. I have let messages with Henry's cell vm and no return phone calls.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] to pay to have the tile replaced and/or repaired in our master shower and to get our gift certificate back that we gave him as a payment for the deductible.
