Fast sign have made one small sign for my deli business. In quote, they gave me price and drawing of the sign how they will look like after installation. But after they install sign they have made, I feel like I wasted my money. Real sign isn’t match at all with what they send me in quote.
I contacted them on January 30th for refund.
Instead of giving me refund on February 12th they charge my employee credit card who works for me in past. Yes, they charge credit card of employees who’s not working for me since past year.
At this morning, that employee contacted me and demanded money from me.
Fast sign have no right to charge on my previous employees credit card.
Also, I have paid them half money 14 months ago which I also want back.
Please advise what I supposed to do here

I was working with his employee, ***, who gave us her Company credit card (that is what she told us). I can't imagine someone using their own money to pay for company signs. While waiting from Permit from the City of ***, *** became my point of contact. I informed him that the original size of the sign 3'x3' was not approved by the city and that we had to change the size to be smaller. We spoke on the phone and then I sent him the revised shop draw that needed to go to the City of *** for a permit. I sent him a picture of the new size 3'x2' before I sent the do over to the city for permit. I have the email I sent him and he approved it. Once it was installed, I called for remaining balance, he told me that that sign is too small and doesn't look good. I told him that he approved it and that is what has been done and that he needs to pay. He didn't respond until I followed up with another email when he said he won't pay and he will bring the sign to us. I told him that he also must bring the metal we created to attach sign to building. He did not respond and never brought us the sign. We completed install in December and still we have not received the sign back from him. We still had the card on file that we used for many other orders. Since he never brought our sign and the metal we built to attach sign to building, we charged the card that we had on file in February. But the sign has been created and installed since December. He had 2 months to bring us the sign back but we never heard back from him.

I am rejecting this response because:

Fast sign asked us to give them back sign but we never pick up sign at the location. Sign was installed by

professional technican. My wife works there with one employee who is also disabled with leg.

how we supposed to takeout that sign.

also, hiring someone else will cost me even more money.

I am smalll business owners and I know they are small business owners as well

and would like to resolve this issue asap.

they have done work for me in past. But this sign is just too small for us .
