Fast Solution Realty is a scam and needs to be shut down immediately. They have had a long history of defrauding customers and their [redacted]-poor customer service is atrocious! I had paid the broker fee and the deposit on an apartment June ** and it wasn't until constant texts and pressuring that my lousy broker Joana revealed that the landlords "son" is out of town and can't sign the lease. We wound up losing the apartment. She promised that she had access to easy landlords and we once again gave her the opportunity to get us a last minute apartment and sh failed us again. It took us days to get back our deposit. Every time I asked to speak to her manager Rosita, she was always "in a meeting". I spoke to several other people who reported having the same experience and even their [redacted] reviews echoes their incompetence. They are a shady business and unprofessional. Joana started yelling and blamed us for our inability to get the apartment. Roger, one of the other brokers, actually broke into an apartment he was showing us by climbing into the window and opening the door because the landlord wasn't present. These people need to be shut down.

After nearly a year of legal battles, I urge anyone looking into this business as efficient or even legitimate. The owner, going by several different t names, has taken my money and refuses to pay the courts for the judgement I won. I fear she may have done this to many other people and pray justice is served for her lies and negligence.

Review: The store sign reads as Fast Solution Realty 47-20 with these phone numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### your address on your site is correct. So you could add this name with the other name you have for this place also.Now to my complaint .I was shown a apartment in a house with three bedrooms. Gave them a application fee 40.00 Dollars and 2600 Hundred Dollars money order and 900.00 DOLLARS CASH went to the address of the House apartment and discovered on my own it was rented to someone else.On Saturday July *,2013 went to realty to collect my refund and was told to come Monday July *,2013.This place scam me of a apartment and never stated to me that it was rented out.I had to find that out on my own.This place needs to be shut down and the people all need to be arrested.I will work on that getting done. And filing a police report for fraud .Awaiting my refund for the money that was given to them.Desired Settlement: I want all my money returned with my application fee also.
