While on our limited retirement budget, we could ill afford to restore our laptop which had been ravaged by hackers. We are quite sure that if we had continued to utilize the incompetent "service counters" at the local office supply/service conglomerates in the area, we would have racked up many times our current charges and still ended up dissatisfied.
The professionalism with which their staff handled us, as well as others in their own dire straits, is almost non-existent in today's marketplace.
From the time we walk into their office, we are swiftly greeted, equipment assessed; then, serviced in a manner rarely encountered today--especially for customers outside the corporate world. Their performance is reminiscent of the quality of service we recall from the 80's California aerospace neighborhood.
Please read this before you buy anything from cooper systems, inc. This place is a rip of! I was there on September 2014 looking to purchase a computer. They didn't have what I wanted. I left and they called me back to sell me another computer. I went back and I purchased another brand of computer from them. They ran my credit card and took my money. Then they put this agreement in front of me to sign. They told me that the computer was compatible for a wireless modem. I took it home and hooked it up, and it wouldn't work I took it back and they tried to sell me some more items to make it wireless compatible. I told them no, that I was told it was already wireless compatible. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me no. That signed a statement saying no refund or exchanges. All sales are final. Well, me and the owner got into a shouting match. I told him that any real respectable company would do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I was not happy at all with their service. The owner of this company is very deceitful in his selling techniques and I am warning all my friends not to do business with them. Please read each document they put in front of you before you sign anything if you go there. I would recommend that you don't do business with them at all.
