I did meet with Ms. [redacted] back in September (I believe) and agreed on a scope of work. Our production schedule fell behind starting...
at the end of September due to excessive rain and is only now catching up as we have lost nearly five working weeks due to weather. Though we have not received confirmation back from her, we are planning to do the wood repair at her home tomorrow morning. We may still need to return one day early next week to caulk and touch up paint, but the work will be minimal.

I accept their response and I have responded on three separate occasions for the work to begin. The contact person called me on November 19 and 20 to once again change the time for the work to begin. This time the work is set to begin on Monday , Nov. 23 at noon. No additional communication has occurred.
