I have received rides from Fast Time Transportation for the last five weeks, so I feel I'm uniquely qualified to rate their service, having received trips from every driver in the companyI want to start by saying the only reason I used Fast Time Transportation was because they were the only hospital ride service my insurance will pay for while I received chemotherapyHad it been my choice, I would have cancelled my service with them by the end of the first week (I get chemo Mon-Fri, and by Thursday they'd been over an hour late to pick me up twice already)The drivers of the service are terrible in almost every way you could imagineThey can't drive worth a damn, with the vast majority of them treating using a lead foot on both accelerator and brakeMost of them will talk at you loudly, freely using curse wordsWhether it was to yell at a college student using the crosswalk legally, rant about how anybody who doesn't vote Trump is a "***", or complain about immigrants taking their jobs, their drivers never failed to disappointJust when I thought I had heard it all, my appointed driver would threaten hospital valet staff, then complain about immigrants taking our jobs for the whole ride home (yes, he did use the word [redacted] )They regularly showed up late, causing me to nearly miss several appointments (and this was with my pickup time scheduled an hour before my actual doctors visit)Post-chemo pickup was the worst - they were over two and a half hours late to pick me up once, and all the while their scheduling people had yelled at and blamed me for not sitting outside in freezing weather (their protocol was to call at pick up, there was no call that visit)It was regular for me to sit and wait on them for an hour, yet in the final week of treatment, their driver couldn't be bothered to wait the five minutes it took for me to walk down stairs and get outside (vertigo and nausea)I was actually abandoned by this company with no way to get to my doctors appointment, no warning givenThe driver refused to come back and get me, despite the fact that I could see his van two blocks down the street as I spoke with him over the phoneThe final issue is the hygiene of the driversI would say that about half of them are grossly overweight, slovenly and sweaty men who still need to learn about regular showering and deodorantOne driver's penchant for sleeveless t-shirtsyou know what, I won't inflict the mental imagery on youAnd that right there is more courtesy shown to you than was shown to me in my entire time getting rides from Fast TimeEvery time I spoke to their dispatcher he treated me like I wasn't worth his time and was (word rejected) off that I had called

This company picked me up today, with my young daughterThe driver was smoking, tossed the butt in my yardThen on the way home he started calling his boss an ignorant "n" wordI told him not to say that near my daughter and he kept saying it

The driver is the rudest I have ever seen. She picked me up at 8:15 A.M. for a 9:45 appointment. It only takes 25 minutes to get their, and we was late. She turned her radio all the way up, talking on her phone and swerving all over the place. Very dissatisfied, and will not be getting services from them again.

I have received rides from Fast Time Transportation for the last five weeks, so I feel I'm uniquely qualified to rate their service, having received trips from every driver in the company.
I want to start by saying the only reason I used Fast Time Transportation was because they were the only hospital ride service my insurance will pay for while I received chemotherapy. Had it been my choice, I would have cancelled my service with them by the end of the first week (I get chemo Mon-Fri, and by Thursday they'd been over an hour late to pick me up twice already).
The drivers of the service are terrible in almost every way you could imagine. They can't drive worth a damn, with the vast majority of them treating using a lead foot on both accelerator and brake. Most of them will talk at you loudly, freely using curse words. Whether it was to yell at a college student using the crosswalk legally, rant about how anybody who doesn't vote Trump is a "[redacted]", or complain about immigrants taking their jobs, their drivers never failed to disappoint. Just when I thought I had heard it all, my appointed driver would threaten hospital valet staff, then complain about immigrants taking our jobs for the whole ride home (yes, he did use the word [redacted]). They regularly showed up late, causing me to nearly miss several appointments (and this was with my pickup time scheduled an hour before my actual doctors visit).
Post-chemo pickup was the worst - they were over two and a half hours late to pick me up once, and all the while their scheduling people had yelled at and blamed me for not sitting outside in freezing weather (their normal protocol was to call at pick up, there was no call that visit). It was regular for me to sit and wait on them for an hour, yet in the final week of treatment, their driver couldn't be bothered to wait the five minutes it took for me to walk down stairs and get outside (vertigo and nausea). I was actually abandoned by this company with no way to get to my doctors appointment, no warning given. The driver refused to come back and get me, despite the fact that I could see his van two blocks down the street as I spoke with him over the phone.
The final issue is the hygiene of the drivers. I would say that about half of them are grossly overweight, slovenly and sweaty men who still need to learn about regular showering and deodorant. One driver's penchant for sleeveless t-shirts... you know what, I won't inflict the mental imagery on you. And that right there is more courtesy shown to you than was shown to me in my entire time getting rides from Fast Time. Every time I spoke to their dispatcher he treated me like I wasn't worth his time and was (word rejected) off that I had called.

I have been having ongoing problems with the Fast Time Transportation here in Ohio and it's getting ridiculous. I had problems with a driver the second time I had him so I called and complained to company and told them to not give me that driver anymore. Then last week they give me that same driver both days last week on my appointment days. Well I was late to the one which if I wouldn't had got there 1 minute before I did my appointment would have been cancelled and it would have counted against me and mind u this one is a treatment clinic so it was messing with me getting my meds to keep my sobriety going good then later called for a ride home n waited 2 hours to get picked up then 2 days later they give me same driver which lives literally 15 min from me was extremely late getting me to this appointment which was my very first appointment and had been waiting since June to get in. Well my appointment time was to be there at 7:45am so I told [redacted] I had to be there by 730 that way I could make it on time so that made my pickup time 6:15-6:45am, well this driver hasn't shown so I call and complain and me being his first pickup for that morning he didn't arrive until 7:20am then we get caught n traffic so didn't get to appointment til 8:25am so they make me reschedule due to this and have to wait till February now. So I call insurance and tell them again and to not give me that company or driver as well as called company too. Well then today Friday I'm suppose to b at appointment at treatment center by 11 so ride was suppose to be there between 9:45-10:15 they didn't show up til 1140 so the clinic put me down as a missed group and I might be without my meds til next Tuesday because this company keeps [redacted] with me and getting me there way late and I can be kicked out so that's also messing with my sobriety this isn't fair or cool at all that this keeps happening then waiting 2 hours for a driver to pick me up n take me home after u call couple times n them saying it'll b 30-45 min to hour then hours go by..they need shut down also Tuesday we were coming up on traffic being stopped n driver isn't slowing down so I look over yelled at driver like hey hey cuz she was nodding off at wheel and she's like sorry it was a long night but if I wouldn't have said anything she would have rammed the back of a mail van but I yelled to wake her up so she slammed on her brakes..

On 6/29/15 A driver from Fast Time Transportation came to pick my husband and I up for a medical appointment. The driver then went on to start a huge argument with us while on the way to the appointment. When we reaches our destination the driver further went on to follow me out of the van in a threatening manner. My husband who is the disabled patient tried to come to my defense. Thank God We both made it into the hospital safely. This incident has totally traumatized my husband and I. We feared for our safety. I would not recommend this company to anyone! The behavior of the driver was so unprofessional. No one should have to endure that kind of horror.

I work in a health provider office. A patient was scheduled for a 10:00am appointment and was asked to be at our office to fill our new patient paperwork at 9:45 am. she used Fast Time Transportation for her transport. The patient was over 1/2 late for the appointment because Fast Time did not pick her up on time. So, the doctor was not able to complete his exam and it was necessary to reschedule her. Upon calling Fast Time for her pick up we waited 35 minutes without them coming. So, I called again an hour later. Why would you not be back in a reasonable time knowing a patient was just having a routine eye exam. Never use this service.

This transportation company was called to request a ride for a patient. The company dropped the patient off at his appointment at 9am. The patient was done at 10:30 at which time the front desk staff called the available number for the company with no answer two times. The front desk informed the patient there was no answer and the patient stated he had the direct number to the gentleman whom dropped him off for the visit. A gentleman named Larry was called. Larry stated he would get in touch with the main office and dispatch a ride for the patient. After an hour passed another member of our staff called both available numbers again to get the answer that a ride was on its way to pick up the patient. After some time passed again, I called he number and spoke with a woman named Corina who informed me that no one from our facility had attempted to contact Fast Time for a ride. I informed the woman multiple people has called and gave the woman the name of the gentleman we spoke with. The diabetic patient sat in our waiting room from 10:30AM to 2:17pm when one of our staff members took the patient home because Fast Time Transportation never showed up!
