First thing I'd like to address is when we first got the claim we had no idea who was filling until we received the copy of the receipts and where able to see who it was on the video cameras. on 7-22-*** came in and bought used tires for 110$ we let her know that there is NO warranty on used tires as well as we have signs posted all over the shop. She said she needed tires because she had to travel for workBefore we installed the used tires back on the vehicle we checked them in the water to make sure theres no leaks, or tire defects. on 8-03-A week and a half later *** returned and said she went to Los Angeles (which is about a mile drive there and back on used tires) and felt the shaking so we took off the tire she was talking about as soon as we removed the tire we could tell the tire was defected and had a big bubble and I informed her the tire had a bubble she asked if the tire was like that when I put it on I told her no we always make sure we aren't putting defected tires on before we install them, then she asked if I can remove the spare put it in the front and put the defected tire back where the spare was, I said it would be 20$ for labor she agreed paid 10$ cash 10$ visa$ she leftminutes later we get a phone call from her boyfriend at first he was calm on the phone until I informed him used tires don't come with any warranty then he started cursing at me on the phone I just said "have a good day" and hung up*** came back hours later and asked if we can just take the defected back down from where the spear was, and we did thatHaven't seen her since then. Buying used tires is always at your own risk they have no warranty and they are not recommended for far traveling

Around February the customer *** came in with her boyfriend to buy used tiresWe showed her boyfriend the used tires before they installed on her vehicle to see if they wanted them and he approved so both said yesI told them used tires are for temporary use only and *** replied saying
she was going to get new tires soonLater, we installed the used tires on her vehicle and the total amount was 60$ dollars being, 30$ each tire including balancingThe next day she came back furious, we asked how can help you and she replied, " you guys sold me old tires give my tires back and my money back''So what did was I trying to reason with her I explain to her '' I can give you credit if you wish towards new tires '' ,which her credit was those 60$ for the used tires she had purchased, she said NoSo I checked in the back and I still had her tires so we installed her own tires back on and rebalanced them, I went and gave her 60$ back which I did not have to because I have a no refund policy on used tires but I did as long as she gave me back the receipt of the used tires she purchased which she did, so she left and I torn the receipt apartLater that day she came back and she said her was shaking badso we went and rebalanced her tires again and this time no charge being that we had already gave her money back and her old tires were installed back on her vehicle, she took off once more furious saying her was still shaking and we told theres nothing else we can do for her

The tire was that way it does not just bow out like that I had another tire place confirm that they do not do that.
