To whom it may concern First and foremost Fast Towing does not do Private property impounds. The company that does impounds from [redacted] is All Valley Impound and is clearly posted on the Verde Villas property where [redacted] resides. It is quite apparent that Mr. [redacted] did not...

follow the rules stated in his lease as well as being posted throughout the property at [redacted] The parking restrictions are posted on bright red and white signs.  1)      Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle was impounded because it was backed into a parking spot. 2)      Clearly posted throughout [redacted] are signs that read NO BACKED IN PARKING as well as other violations that will result in resident and or  guest vehicles being impounded.    Please see detailed account of this matter. This impound was done in accordance with the state laws, city ordinance, our company policy and the policy of the property management company responsible for managing and ensuring compliance at Verde Villas Apartments.   As required by city ordnance a copy of the regulations governing this impound are publicly posed in the office Mr. [redacted] redeemed his vehicle. The fees charged for this impound are in full compliance with the City of Phoenix city code. Further the State law states “The owner of a vehicle that is removed or caused to be removed under this chapter is liable for any reasonable costs incurred in towing or storing the vehicle.” And “the person in possession of the vehicle is entitled to be paid a reasonable amount for storage of the vehicle” I have attached photographs of the vehicle in question before it was impounded. Review: This company is an independent towing company. On 2 different occasions, they have seized and held for ransom 2 different Automobiles from my place of residence. The first time they towed our Van, at 3am, was because "it didn't have a sticker" in the window" Our complex discontinued doing this, therefore had none to give us upon moving in. After eating up a majority of our day, we finally got the Van back. the complex then told them to not to come back and had no right to do such a thing. This morning, They took our newest Van. This time, sticker and all. Again, having holding it for ransom, I had no choice, but to bend to their will to get our Van back. This company has to stop seizing Automobiles for no true reason to do so. I have pictures, to prove the wrong doing by this company. Someone needs to help out the innocent people, which is why I am reaching out to you. Thank you for reading this.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund, for the illegal seizure and ransom it was held for. There was absolutely no wrong doing, having an Automobile parked outside my place of residence with a parking permit THEY issued. I have pictures to prove the parking placement, and the workers at the office itself, had me take a picture of the Van in the tow yard with the sticker in the window, as they were confused to why it was even there to begin with.
