sorry that's not accurate. The business posted an add for $999 down. I did not agree to $2000 cash down , and those signatures are not mine either. The deal was I pay the $730 and the rest before my first car payment. I have insurance on the dodge avenger , I bought insurance the same day. I demand my refund for $730, not $2000.  None of what the dealer said is credible, and those documents represent plagiarism of my signature.

This customer bought a car, traded an asset with his cash down. Then admittedly quit there job before the car buying process was finalized.  This customer was also behind on his payments. He signed for $500 on 9/1 and $500 on 9/15 and only paid $100 into it. This is a repo. Our salesman...

said what he needed to say within reason to get our property back safely.

This customer states that he put $730 down and now that he was repo'd, wants $2000 refunded. He was repo'd for non-payment and failing to add insurance. There are no refunds with repossessions. I have included the repo contract and the down payment deferment plan. Customer is in default.
