Ty provided a great service. When an another company provided a poor service, Ty stepped in and did the service quickly and even set me up with a spare key. Would highly recommend Ty as your technician. For he was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work.

thx. and anytime

Excellent service. Was able to have someone scheduled to come out immediately. Showed up on time, diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly for the price quoted. Easy to write this review because he did everything a customer would want, without haggling or waiting. I would recommend to friends and family.

anytime. thanks for using my service

Todd was awesome! Very professional courteous and prompt service. My Lexus key fob fell off my ring and I was unable to start my car. I called the Dealer and they wanted over 500 to replace and program. I save a bunch of money. I didn?t have to tow my car to the dealer. Todd came right to my home with a new Lexus key not a aftermarket part and programmed it under 30 minutes. I?m completely satisfied and would use him again. *** G

We are always happy to help. Thanks!

KEY MADE DID NOT WORK, HE MADE ADDITIONAL KEYS FOR HIMSELF, BROKE THE STEERING COLUMN LOCK, I HAVE TO HAVE ALL LOCKS REPLACED, REPAIR TO COLUMN.
Called company to have Chevrolet Suburban Chip key made and upon his arrival the normal practice is to ID the person to verify ownership of vehicle, he did not that. he disassembled the steering column and made a key and started the vehicle. collected his money on an invoice reflecting $150.00, paid cash of $160.00 and he said he didn't give change. left, and went inside the house. Went to move the vehicle and the key that he gave me didn't work on doors or ignition. called him back and he gets out of his vehicle with another key that worked perfectly, then he had yet another key that worked perfectly. and after 15 minutes the key he gave worked. he didn't fix the steering column, and stated he didn't even have to come back, and stated "I could of burned you, you should thankful I even came back". Little did he know I have over 40 cameras, that caught the whole event including the audio. THE PERSONS NAME WAS DUSTIN ACCORDING TO INVOICE

Desired Outcome

I WANT THE COMPANY TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT OF ALL LOCKS ON THE VEHICLE TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS THE KEYS, REPAIR THE STEERING COLUMN AND REPLACE THE SECURITY DEVICE. THIS WILL BE DONE AT A CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP AND PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY

Good Afternoon,

Regarding case # XXXXXXXX

My tech arrived to this customers house to make him a key to his Chevy Suburban. Tech did verify property address and car had paper inside matching that info including customers name and address. He was inside house so obviously his car and house. Tech removed the 2 plastic covers around the steering column and picked the ignition lock cylinder to get it out and read the stamped dealer code on it to make a key. ( most locksmiths do this to save CUSTOMER money so we dont have to pay Chevy for the code) The code was worn and took a couple keys to get it right. The tech got a metal test key to turn and then copied that to a chipped blue Chevy key. he programmed it and started the car several times. it worked door and ignition. another gentleman was onsite interested in buying the car. this gentleman paid $160 to the tech (not owner) and told him to keep the change as owner was acting very weird towards tech. perhaps under the influence of alcohol or drugs. his words not my techs. tech left as job was complete. owner called back a bit later and advised key wasn't working. tech returned advised customer he was lucky because shift was over and he was about to shut off his phone but had not yet. key was probably just a bit off so he pulled the test key out of his van trash and remade key onto a black chipped key and programmed it. works now even today with no problems. the test keys are always thrown away and melted down to recycle. regarding the steering wheel lock mechanism this part is located down under horn within center of steering column itself. there is no way possible picked an ignition cylinder would cause that to malfunction. this was obviously a part that was not working prior to my techs arrival as car had been previously wrecked and allot of unknowns due to car not being repaired. and Chevy dealership confirms this with me. we are Texas State licensed and bonded locksmiths and do not make extra keys to cars to keep and do not steal vehicles. this customer is obviously angry as that buyer who was onsite chose not to purchase the car due to its wrecked state. he is attempting to blame my company and get repairs done for free.

Questions? I can be reaced at the number below

I intend to carry this complaint forward due the amount of lies stated in his response. As I indicated in the compliant I have the entire interaction recorded and he is just not informed at all by his employee.

In response to *** Millers last response

My tech was not in your car on 10/3/18 or 10/5/18 there is no video evidence as it did not happen. I spoke to El Dorado Chevy in McKinney Texas and they again advised picking and taking out a ignition cylinder on a XXXX-XXXX Chevy Suburban is not the cause of a steering wheel lock mechanism to malfunction. It is literally within the steering wheel behind the horn and not in the same area as the lock cylinder. There is no involvement of Fast Trac Locksmith or any of its employees in a "Collin county theft ring" Please stop making false accusations as the Fast Trac Locksmith's lawyer has already viewed all he information regarding this claim and is prepared to file a defamation lawsuit against Mr.. Obviously Mr. is lying about tech being on video coming back to the car days later and lying about Chevy Dealership in Mckinney Texas saying it was Fast Trac Locksmiths error that caused his steering wheel not to lock.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There was no resolution offered, and we will not simply stop and allow a company to operate like this.
They want to deny, deny, deny, and for that please, get your lawyer ready. And make sure they realize that simply fixing what was broke, and refunding the money was the smart thing to do. Now there will be no settlement discussed because it will go to a jury and all of the video and audio that you say is not there, SEE YOU IN COURT.
