Received at Revdex.com via email:
Mr. [redacted] did purchase a 2088 Dodge Nitro from Fast Track Auto Sales. Unfortunately is has been in our service department on 3 different occasions. At the present time our service department is diligently...

working on the issue and hopefully we do not run into any future issues. We are doing this all at no charge to Mr. [redacted].
Mr. [redacted] and his wife was never told that we would cancel the deal. The vehicle is owned by Mr. [redacted] and he did obtain financing with a bank. As an automotive dealer we can not exchange collateral for the customer. However we did mention to Mr. [redacted] and his wife that we would try to trade him out of his currant vehicle and at this time the terms and conditions were not feasible.

Thank You,

David P[redacted] GM

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr. Phillips had stated that they would take back this vehicle and get us into a newer vehicle. Not once during our discussions was trading in the vehicle discussed until a week later and then we would have to lose equity in the vehicle of upwards of $3,500 that would be added to the newer vehicle purchase. We only had this vehicle for less than 90 days. I am extremely disappointed in the dealership and would never do business with them or Haasz again. It's a shame that they sell you a piece of junk and try to rob you by making you get a new vehicle that is way out of your price range. The vehicle we traded in was in great condition. We just have just kept it. I would definitely never recommend either dealership to any of my friends or family.

Mr. [redacted], I am sorry that you are disappointed as I would be. I would expect my new vehicle to be in 100% in working order. Unfortunately things can happen. We strive to make things right. I understand that you have your vehicle in you possession and all was fixed and a rental vehicle was provided at no cost to you and your family.
Once again MR. [redacted], I apologize for the inconvenience to you and your family.
