I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
All dates and information are correct from Mrs*** The problem has not changed and is not being addressed. My original contact with her requested accommodations for four fisherman all with boatsThat was what I paid for because she wanted all the money before the visitI mailed the security deposit in August and informed her by email that we would have four people with four boats. She returned my email and informed me she could not guarantee that it was possible to park that many boats. I believe this by law ended the contract with Makin Waves because what I requested and paid for could not be deliveredI was able to make a trip to the area before the tournament off limits period and checked the property and found out we could not park four boats at the rentalI contacted Mrs *** and informed her of the situation. She informed me to purchase the trip insurance and it seemed to me that was the wrong way to approach the situation and unfair to the people who paid the insuranceIt's like trying to insure a car after the accidentI expect Makin Waves to refund all the money I paid for the rentalWhat was requested and paid for could not be delivered

In response the complaint filed with the Revdex.com concerning the Makin’ Waves at Lake *** house rental and agreement with *** ***. Mr*** first contacted me on July 1st, in regards to a rental property I’ve listed on the VRBO website referred to as Makin’ Waves at Lake *** We communicated back and forth via e-mail concerning the *** Fishing Tournament dates of 10/18/15-10/24/and the price breakdown prior to the reservation. The price included a boat trailer fee for boat of $He claims he was planning to have more but he only paid for one. There was no contingency concerning boat trailer parking in the contract he signed, however I’ve had a professional group of fishermen park four boat trailers on the property before I even had a professional fisherman leave a favorable review on the website a few weeks ago for a November rentalOn September 19th, Mr*** sent me an email claiming to have visited the rental houseHe further indicated it wouldn’t be possible to fit the required number of boat trailers on the property, requesting a refund and a cancellation. I told him to contact VRBO about purchasing the trip cancellation insurance but I’m not sure if he did.
