Just wanted to say that I had a great experience here. A little over a year ago my fiancé and I were looking for engagement and wedding rings. We had been to several different places but nothing was calling out to me. I am the type that likes different and unique. Well since Intrigue Jewelers makes most of their jewelry, when we walked in and the owner showed me some rings, it didn't take long before I said that's the one. We did a little tweeking to make it perfect, but no matter what I said his response was, we can sure try. Well he didn't just try, he and his jeweler made it happen !! He and his whole staff were very kind and helpful. I go in on a regular basis to have our rings inspected and cleaned and we have even purchased other items since also. Both my husband and I were and still are completely satisfied and I would recommend Intrigue Jewelers of Lafayette to anyone at anytime for their needs, wants and desires !!

Review: On May 13th 2015 I decided to take a class with Fasttract(CNA). On May 13th 2015 I paid $750.00 for the class thru [redacted]). The class was suppose to start June 8th 2015 but it was cancel. It was cancelled several times.when I went to my doctor I was telling he about the class and he said I shouldn't take it because I have a bad back. So I email the Fattract and told them what the doctor said, So they cancelled my class and said that I would receive my money back in 30 days from July 24th 2015.I never received it so I kept calling about it, and kept getting different stories. So I called the next to the last week of Sept. 2015 and talked to the owner. I was promised my money Oct.12th 2015 and I have not received it as 10/26/2015. The last several times I called to talk to the owner, I have been told she wasn't there.Desired Settlement: To get my money back. And not to fool with this company any more. And hoping nobody else get hung with this company.

We mailed a check out to Ms. [redacted] on August 21. We were notified by her bank that it was received and cashed. After it was reported that the check was not received, we had to wait for our bank to complete their investigation of the lost check. Then, we were recently notified that the check was not cashed, therefore, we issued an electronic refund via [redacted] (proof attached) to avoid the same situation.
