Review: We have been waiting for our delivery for over a week now. The delivery was supposed to be here on 1/7/14. We had extreme weather conditions here in Illinois that day delaying my package in St. Louis for a day. My package arrived in Aurora on Thursday. They were then supposed to deliver my package on Friday. The Aurora terminal told me that due to the weather on Friday my package would not be delivered. I said it was only raining. [redacted] the lady I was speaking with, said yes that is correct we don't deliver in the rain. I said are you kidding? She said no. Then I was told they attempted to deliver it on Friday at 5:53 p.m. We are a business location that closes at 5:00 p.m. Those hours are listed in the instructions when setting up my delivery. I have been battling with UPS ever since on trying to get my package. On 1/13/14 I was told my package would be here on 1/14/14. When called to track it I was then told that my package did not leave the terminal that it needed a smaller truck for delivery and that is what we were waiting on. No on 1/15/15, I am still being told the same thing. It is still at the terminal. No package, no delivery date, nothing. What am I supposed to do? Wait forever for my package? This is ridiculous! Not only do they no return phone calls, but [redacted] is very rude, lies, and acts like she does not care about her customers or their happiness. I am highly upset! When informing Fast Track Logistics of all of this, they said it is out of their hands. That is an unacceptable answer for me since I paid them to ship my item not UPS. They outsourced my shipment and I am still waiting for it. This shipment has been such a hassle to deal with!Desired Settlement: I want my full refund back since Fast Track did not hold up their end of the deal. My total was $290.99.

First of all there is NOTHING in our literature or discussions that says we guarantee a delivery date. Having said that, before this complaint was filed the receiver was told by [redacted] the shipping charges would be refunded and they were in fact refunded as a credit to the credit card. So, they received the items we agreed to have delivered and they were refunded the entire amount ($290.99) as a courtesy.

Sorry you had to be bothered with such a trivial complaint that was resolved before it was filed.

Yes, we did receive the refund. However, the refund was offered to us after stating I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I filed the complaint prior to getting the refund. I am sorry this came down to your company having to refund us. We have used your company in the past and have been pleased with your company. However, the statements made by [redacted] that once the shipments leave the facility then it is out of your hands is absurd. I am the customer. You are who I chose to do business with. Therefore, the third party that you chose to deal with should have kept your customer happy. I completely understand things happen and are out of the control of others, but it is how you respond to the matter. UPS was a complete hassle to deal with. They were rude, screamed at me, and gave me the run around. It is unfair to me to be treated this way by a third party when I had no control over it. I did not choose to do business with them. I chose to do business with you. Which we were happy with you in the past. We have several shipments coming up, where your company is listed as the desired shipping company. This particular shipment was a hugs mess. We appreciate the refund, we really do. Thank you for taking the time to look into this "trivial" matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
