This letter is regarding the complaint you submitted to Revdex.com on October 30, We would like to apologize for the trouble that you had to experience with our companyAfter a thorough review of your case,
please do advise, in accordance with your profile notes, the following:
JULY 28, - A representative contacted you in regards to receiving a promotional product - a free book and a 30-day trial period to our Wealth Community online magazine - that of which you only needed to pay for the shipping of the bookIt is clearly stated that the cancellation policy for the magazine was explained by the representative which entailed that a $charge per month on your card would be processed after the 30-day trial period if you did not cancel your membership within those daysA confirmation email was sent to your email address which also reiterated the cancellation policyAccording to your email history and our email tracking system, you opened the confirmation emailOn the same day, your trial membership was put on hold and cancelled since your card was compromised
JULY 29, - The representative contacted you for another method of payment; you consented to run your card the following week when your card issue was resolved
AUGUST 5, - The payment was processed and the online magazine was reactivatedWe sent you the same confirmation email when we activated your trial againAccording to your email history and our email tracking system, you also opened this confirmation email
AUGUST 14, - Your free book was mailed to you
OCTOBER 26, - Another representative contacted you about upgrading your current online membership to the magazineAt this point, you expressed you were not aware that you were paying for a monthly membership and wanted your membership cancelled immediately, along with a refund
OCTOBER 30, - Your membership was cancelled as per an administrator after a phone callOn this day, your confirmation emails were forwarded on to you again for review - that of which you opened

Not once was it told to me that the day trial started even without me logging in or creating an account - I was lead to believe that is what I had to do NOT that is was already set upIf I would have known that I would have declined since I was travelling which was also stated to the representativeso NO this does not suffice, as they can tell per the conversation I had that I have never logged in or created an account so a refund should be not a problem - that is terribly misleading
Again it was explained to me if I wanted to I could create an account and have a day trial period NOT you have a day trial period from the start of the email - very misleading - the cc was for the book if I would have known I was being put in the system for a monthly membership I would NOT have agreed at all***

CRA

The CRA delayed the processing of your tax return and GLGI has since sued GLGI in federal court and wonHowever, CRA has been slow to process these tax returnsA major class action lawsuit is underway
GLGI was NOT a program that was owned or managed by us
Even though GLGI is gone, we have not only handled the issues of our donors but of donors who were not our clients
