Fast Trak Legal Funding

I needed a lawsuit loan because I was buried underneath a pile of debts & my house was about to go into foreclosure because of my car accident. I found [redacted]ding who really was just a broker and he managed to get me a lawsuit loan with Fast Trak. They did not transfer any funds even after the application was approved and signed agreement emailed; all they did was give me the runaround for days, telling me the funds were wired to my bank and I wud get it in time for Thanksgiving. 6pm Wednesday, banks all closed and my account was still ovedrawn so I called the bank who informs me there were no wire transfers pending and since Thanksgiving day is a holiday I won't see any monies (IF any wire transfers were made..) until Friday after Thanksgiving or the following Monday... So NO THANKSGIVING for me and my family. Sure wish they'd tell me way before so I could've figured out something else. They are "UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE & have NO CONCERNS for anyone but themselves...use them at your own risk.

Review: I have a million dollar law suit in the prosses of being settled and back in January [redacted] of 2013 I used fast trak legal funding to take a loan against my settlement. At the time I took the loan I was suffering from a [redacted] and just reasontly contacted this lending company again to get anditional funding and was given a run around for weeks. I just looked back at my previous contract and relized none of the information suck as social securiry # and birth dates and asident dats are acurate making my previous contract void. Then finally I called demanding to know what was going on and a man named [redacted] from the company texted me a number to call from his sell phone that was the number he was texted me from telling me to call someone else from another funding place. When I called the first time a man named [redacted] answered. The second time a man named [redacted] and the number I called is the number the man [redacted] from fast trak had been calling me from. I became conserned that I was being scamed so I tried to look this conpany up and found no such company regestered through the Revdex.com. I have also spoken to two other per settlement lending company's because fast trak kept giving me the run around those companies kept sending for pay outs and telling me contracts were written up then blowing me off for days. Peach tree per settlement funding and Cherokee per settlement funding and neither of these companies are also no where to be found on the Revdex.com regestry. Its been 15days and 3 companies none of witch I think are even real and I have still gotten no funding as promised.Desired Settlement: I need the additional funding I was promised and the previous loan against my settlement was made with a now void contract because of miss leading information and inaccurate information. So obviously the company will not be receiving any payment when my settlement comes through.
