Fast Trax Auto and The Loan Depot

I purchased to lease a 1998 Toytota 4Runner in August of 2017 As Is no warranty. When I test drive it I told the agent the car seemed out of line and drive funny. *** got in the vehicle and accelerated up to 85 and told me it just needed to be driven. I questioned the mold smell and rust under the seats she told me the vehucle had been shampooed and closed for the week end but there was no mold problem. When I went to put new tires on the truck I was told it had front end damage. I called back and *** told me there were no reports of that and they do t do Car Fax. Three months into the deal I returned the vehicle and told them it was more problems than I needed. The *** of the company had *** to call me back in and offer me a new deal. They would transfer the $1000 down and three monthly payments of $900 that I had paid toward a 2005 Ford Explorer! I test drive the vehicle and I mentioned that the gear seem to stick when going into drive, again sge checked and said it was nothing. This vehicle looked better but a month into driving it, it too started having more problems. Once again I had new tires put in and the fluids checked. While diing the transmission fluid the guy told me that if the fluid change and new screens didnt solve rhe problem it wasnt the fluid, but the transmission. I didn't report that, I was going to get it fixed because they had already given me a good deal. I work 12 hour shifts and my boyfriend always goes in to make my payment. Even thought the payment is $150 bi weekly, I have always paid the full $300 up front. In Nov 2017 I was checking my reciept 2 days after my payment and I noticed it was for $150. Since then she says my note is late. I returned the vehicle on Feb 1st. *** said the mechanic would check it and she would try to help, now I have Notice Of Plan To Sell, as if I faltered on payment. *** said the *** does not talk to customers I have tried twice. She said he hired her to deal with it. His name is ***The information regarding the first
