June 18,staff from Toronto Breeze came to our residence to perform their advertised $tax included duct cleaningAs they were about to finish the cleaning, one of the staff then raised concern that there is an existing water on the furnace which is possibly because dust were accumulated on the vent and the best way to get rid of it is to do brushing and such service we will be charge $which can be paid either through a credit card or cashThe guy told us that if we pay cash they will not let us pay the taxSince it is our first time to have our duct cleaned, we trust their recommendationThey then went ahead to do the brushingI specially asked if they are going to issue an official receipt and the gentleman said once they are finish and they leave the company will call us, ask for our feedback and our email address so they can email the receiptWe then opted to pay with *** as I'm not comfortable in giving him cashHours past and we still then did not get a call
my phone number is registered with the Canada Do Not Call List for TelemarketersYet, this air duct cleaning company has been calling my home more than once, despite me advising them to remove me from their calling list and advising them that my phone number is registered as a Do Not Call number
