I purchased a phone charger on Sunday April which was defective When returning the item to the store I was at first told I could not get a cash refund even though I purchased the item in cash on Sunday I returned it on Wednesday because I had to pass by there that day on my way to Lexington I spent an entire hour that I did not have to spend arguing back and forth for my refund for the defective charger At one point I was told I could get the cash but they had to charge me a 15% restock fee I am not in agreement with a restock fee for an item I paid cash for that was defective The guy told me this was on the sales invoice - it was not The only restock fees listed were for the cell phones themselves not any accessories I filled out their form and then continued to argue my point that I should be refunded what I paid for the item Eventually I was given $cash, I paid $ I would like my other $
