As mentioned in my original complaint, I was at the designated pickup areaWhen I requested the ride, I was at the designated pickup areaI spoke to the driver while I was at the designated pickup area, and gave him clear instructions where to pick me upI never moved from the designated pickup areaIt is unrighteous and, in fact, illegal to charge a cancellation fee when a passenger is at the designated pickup area at the specified timeI will not pay this fee

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I received a refund of the payment I made once I disputed it with my bank, and I refused the second coupon because I didn't feel comfortable taking another ride after my first experience.
