Ordered $worth of travertine tileIt's a beautiful product however bundles (ea consisting of variate sz times) were brokenWe saw of them before the delivery driver left so he got pictures & made note on the order formAs our contractors got to the bottom of the crates they found more bundles w/broken piecesIt's 2/11/16, tile was ordered & of for 12/21/& STILL nothing has been doneI NEED bundles to complete the job! I do t care if they reimburse for the rest or send all bundles but I've already pd for it (almost mos ago) so something needs to be doneThey said it could take up to mosthat's not acceptable!
