To whom it may concern,I did receive the response to my complaint in the mail today. However, because I was harassed on the phone...
and was told by the woman that she would be charging my credit card anyways, I had to cancel my card and get a new one from the bank. Therefore, the refund of $1.90 was not manually funded on my credit card by Adam S[redacted], the Customer Service Manager. I would like a check written out to me, [redacted], and mailed to my address. Thank you for this compliance,[redacted]ID [redacted]
