to whom it may concern, we want to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our clientactually we have been in contact with the client and sent her temp plates in the interim while we are waiting for the state to issue us the duplicate titletheres no way to expedite this because we are at the mercy of the state printing the new title and sending it to us in a timely fashionas soon as we receive it, we will be able to complete the transferwe have no advantage by holding any paperwork from our customerssometimes we are held up by other agencies or entities but we do the best we canthank you
