impounded for not parking in parking space/double parking. Our photos clearly show empty parking spaces in the parking lot very close to complainant's vehicle but she did not park inside any of them. Complainant parked her car in the driving/common area in front of other parked cars. This is not allowed within this community (or any where}. Regarding the terrible customer service, I’m not sure how every employee treated her terrible when only one dispatcher is available when you pick up your vehicle and she is a very respectable older lady. We have never had a complaint on her in the 4 years she has been with us. In summary, this tow was legal and well documented. We understand that no one enjoys being towed but when you choose to park illegally your vehicle is subject to impound at owner's expense. We feel a refund is not due.

Review: Our car was towed from our apartment parking lot while parked in a legal space. They took pictures of the car in the space and I took pictures of the parking space itself; there was no violation. Fast Lane Towing monitors our apartment complex on a daily basis and we definitely would not have parked in an unauthorized parking space.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to refund our money and hire people that are honest, dependable, licensed, bonded and insured.

Review: fastlane towing parking lot signage clearly states all vehicles parked without parking passes of residence in the apartments will be towed. But today my car was towed due to expired tags that was expired for a week now due to a confusing from the motor vehicle administration. I was never notified if I had expired tags at the location of my residence where I pay an outrage amount monthly that it will be towed.just does not make sense and sounds like a scam. I asked the women where should I park my car if I cannot park at my home, after I pay to get my car out the impound where will I put it knowing it will still be expired ? do I leave it at my residence for it to get towed again? she responds "yup" I can understand if my car been sitting out there for months unattended but after a week is ridiculous especially because I live there unacceptable.Desired Settlement: $100.00

Review: towing company cracked my car oil pan which caused my dodge 2004 intrepid engine to blow when I was on the I-495 beltway nearly causing my death the same day I picked it up from the company it had to be 10 minutes after I picked it up from them, I also have pictures to where the from the towing truck cracked my oil pan and a mechanic along with 2 witnesses, the owner told me to get a sum from the mechanic for repair which came up to $2,888.86 and come back up with the towing receipt which I did and still deny to pay for it and they not owning up to their damage , also they're are oil spots in his parking lot even where my car was parkedDesired Settlement: $2,888.86 for the damage

Review: I was visiting [redacted] Condos. I left at 945pm. My friend's condo agreement stated towing started at 10pm from spots marked "Reserved Visitor" but when I left my car was gone. I called the towing company&Nasir W[redacted] said a spot being marked "Reserved Visitor" was a misprint, which is a lie since all the visitor spots are marked that way. Then He said one of her neighbors called and said I was in their spot but visitors spots can not be reserved at this complex. When I asked for "Nasir's" full name he got very irrate when I told him I was filing a complaint with BBM. When I picked up my car, they put signs in my window saying I was parked in spot #**, which is a lie. When I asked for a manager's name, I was denied. They charged $175 for me to get my car even though it was wrongfully towed. My friend paid the fee. I have a picture of the spot I was in, which was empty after they towed me. If someone said I was in their spot, wouldn't there be a car in it? And if they lived there, they would know that visitor spots aren't reserved. I also have a copy of my friend's condo's parking agreement.Desired Settlement: That I am refunded my money since they either towed the wrong car or just flat out cheated me by towing my car from a visitor spot.
