causes the internet to be unusable throughout the day despite paying for an upgraded packagedI have tried their internet across multiple devices to make sure it was the internet that was causing the issues.- Device connectivity issues can range from a wide range of issuesIt can be related to not having auto-login setup on your device, interference, use of your own router that is not setup correctly or supported by our networkWiFi Networks can pose many complicated issues when living in dense apartment living where there are hundred of devices near yoursWe are happy to help you navigate this and have a number or solutions to provide. I am living in *** *** apartments with my girlfriendAt *** *** you are basically forced to use FastMesh.- We are sorry you feel forced to use FastMeshEveryone living at ** is welcome to choose any service provider they pleaseFastMesh offers low cost, discounted internet plans to your area, and residents are free to choose other service providersThere is no coercion, and no funds are given to fastmesh by your apartment owner. I believe this company is taking advantage of this exclusive partnership with *** *** - FastMesh does not provide an exclusive internet offering at *** ***All service providers are welcome to sell internet service in this area. We are happy to helpPlease have the user email ***@fastmesh.com with their fastmesh username and a description of the issue and a support representative will reply. It should be noted, that if a user provides abusive language towards our team, it is at their discretion to reply to the userWe do not tolerate abuse, and welcome refunds to any users who are not satisfied with their serviceWe do not maintain long service contracts, and all plans are month to month.Thank you
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The company never responded to my emails and voicemail to have someone help me look into what was causing the issue. I don't believe my language was ever abusive but I did express some frustration in my communication. For my resolution I just want someone from the company to help me figure out what is causing the issue because 1. we have auto log-in selected, 2. we don't have control of the router in this building, 3. there is no way for us to check for interference on our own. I will try to call them today to see if I can get a hold of someone. However, it is a shame that it takes a complaint to the Revdex.com to generate a response from them.Sincerely,[redacted]
