This message is in response to the complaint filed by Mr*** *** First, on behalf of Fast Park we sincerely apologize that Mr*** is completely confused and unable to comprehend our daily rate Fast Park is an off-site Airport Parking facility with an
advertised daily rate of $(Hour Time Period)Just as any other business in the *** ** ***, there are taxes that must be paid in addition to the base rate of $a day Our pricing structure is $(Daily Rate) + $(Sales Tax) + $(Airport Tax) which equal $ In addition to the city, state, and transit taxes, anyone that operates at the Airport must also pay a concession fee which is the Airport Tax.Mr*** used the example that he was parked for Days and hours and charged $ That is equivalent to days! Our rate is $an hour up to three hours, so after the third hour, you are charged a full day - thus being days and hours would equal $Our daily rate, hourly rate, and notification about required taxes is posted at both entrances and all four exits I, *** *** (Fast Park General Manager) have not heard from Mr*** in regards to any pricing structure
