This company is a SCAM...... They stolen you household belongings and money, I have been trying to contact someone from FasTrac Logistics with at least 4 different phone lines they provide and unable to reach anyone.
Please investigate this company they are stealing and deceiving people, they are criminals

This company is very unreliable. They arrange for your household items to be picked up, change the quoted price, then disappear with your stuff! They rarely answer the phone or respond to emails. If you want a smooth move—don’t use this company!

I hired Fastrac Logistics, Inc. to help with a state-to-state move (CA to MT) July 2020. The movers arrived on July 22nd, 2020 to pick-up our belongings. At that time, we were informed they would arrive in MT with our belongings on July 28th 2020. However, when I contacted them on Monday, July 27th, 2020, I was informed they had yet to leave California but we could expect our delivery by the end of that same week. Since then, my husband and I have attempted to contact their member services department, the initial movers, via phone, text, email, voicemail with no response. The final conversation we had was August 6th, 2020 and was informed they would contact us by 10am August 7th, 2020 but have received no response to calls, texts or voicemails.

Moving company charged us, picked up our stuff and we have no idea where it is or when it will get delivered.

My daughter and son-in-law recently hired Fastrac Logistics out of Cheyenne, WY. Big, Big mistake. They picked up the furniture on July 22, 2020, and said they'd move it from Alameda, CA to Missoula, MT in a timely manner, perhaps even by July 26. It's now August 7 and no furniture. When you call they DON'T answer. When you email them they DON'T answer. Even though they seem to have a good Revdex.com rating I'd NEVER use this company. A really bad, bad experience that no one else should go through. We even wondering if this is a sham to steal furniture.

This company is running a scam and giving false information to the customer who hire them. I put in a bid via '***' and Gary with Fastrac Logistics, Inc. was the first to call me. I told him specifically all the things I needed to move, which was not much- My bed, dresser, 6 boxes, and a bike. I was super detailed about this, because I didn't have much and it was an out of state move. I was looking for the best deal, because I didn't have much to move. He provided me the quote.
and assured me this was FLAT RATE.I agreed to the quote and signed/ made the first payment. When the movers came, they told me it would be another $500 dollars. WHAT!?! I was told this was FLAT RATE. When I tried to call Gary, he ignored all of my calls, text messages and email. I was then sent to a man named Sam. Sam, was a pleasant man, but it does not change the fact that Fastrac Logistics, Inc. LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I had to barrow money to pay the added amount.. I went to look at the reviews (I provided the links below) and other customer have recently complained about the same thing. These people are SCAMMING customers! This is not right. You don't tell a customer it will be a flat rate and when the movers come, that is not the case. They are lying to customers about their services to get more money. This is illegal. PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS. Millions of people are having to move because of job loss due to COVID (I, being one of them).They need to be held accountable for what they are doing to customers. I want my money back or I am contacting a lawyer. I could have used a different company that would have not lied about their pricing. On my invoice did not match what I spent.

PLEASE LOOK THEM UP ON *** AND ***. OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING.
