I don't really have a desired resolution for this. I don't want [redacted] to contact me to apologize because I don't even want to speak to that person. I would take refund because it's not right to treat someone like that and expect to get paid. But, I don't foresee that happening. To be honest, I just...

want to try to help potential future clients know what service they are paying for, so I'm hoping that those people will see this review.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, I cannot describe the amount of disappointment I have after reading what this person wrote. He's obviously not a man because a man would take at least some responsibility for his actions. It takes two to tango. I understand this and I've always taken full responsibility for my actions of not "checking in" on the specified day. I did call promptly the next day. I would apologize to this waste of life for not doing so and sat back while he yelled, cursed and belittled me over the phone for it. Instead of lying through your teeth about who I am and what I represent as a person, be a man and admit when you're wrong you degenerate. By the way, these FALSE statements about my character, I take very seriously. In all actuality, I have a career in finance, I provide for myself and I work very hard to maintain success and a great reputation. I'm educated, compassionate towards others and I have common sense. Anybody who knows me would agree. I have never had one single instance involving violence or lack of anger management my whole life. It's baffling to me that you're stating your own opinion of me and not facts. I am not troubled, and I certainly never was arrested or charged with several felony counts. I had allegations against me that were false, but this incompetent weasel believed it to be true and treated me like I was dirt. With how many times you yelled, insulted, and threatened my well-being everyone would agree you're the one anger managementYou're a bail bondsman...it's comical that you even think you're important. Me being stressed about how my life was going to be affected by these false allegations and unintentionally forgetting to "check-in" [redacted] obviously thinks I don't abide by the laws and I "interpret" them differently from the rest of society. Which again doesn't make sense based off my background. One last thing, it's hilarious how you point out being in business for 20 years and all the "great" reviews you have. Everyone knows you ask people to write reviews, so your business has credibility. Stop making it seem like people were just so excited to pay thousands of dollars to you.

Review: I wrote a review on Yelp earlier, so please read that to get an idea of how [redacted] is. I never write complaints or bad reviews about a business or person, but [redacted] does not deserve to get away with the way he treated me. I was referred to him and because of that I trusted my source. However, [redacted] is one of the worst people I've ever met in my entire life. I'm not exactly sure why [redacted] treated me with such disrespect, but I'm assuming it had to do with the allegations against me which in his line of work, I wouldn't think any bondsman would operate like that. He has cursed at me multiple times, insulted me and threatened me. Which no company that provides a service should ever do. [redacted] hung his power over my head by threatening to revoke my bond multiple times, telling me "f[redacted] you"or calling me a "piece of s[redacted]"and made my life extremely stressful than it already was. [redacted] deserves to be shut down if he thinks he can be that way. I would never recommend [redacted] or his business to anyone.Desired Settlement: For the way [redacted] treated me, I think he doesn't deserve to own a business anymore. But, I know that's not going to happen. However, he should be punished for his actions in some way. Granted, I forgot to check in on exactly the day he requested me to because I work a lot. But, that gives [redacted] NO right to threaten me, curse at me, insult me, or assume anything about me or my case. I hope [redacted] gets punished because he made my life 100 times more difficult and he's supposed to be compassionate.

We set guidelines with each customer according to their background history, seriousness of offense, and amount of bail.Thus, we required Mr. [redacted] to check-in via telephone every Friday as stipulated in his contractual agreement. Typically, a bail bond agency will revoke the customer's bail bond for failure to do so, however we kept working with Mr. [redacted] no matter how difficult it was, appeasing the law firm who referred him to us.Mr. [redacted] is a troubled individual with anger management issues. Without going into detail, and for privacy reasons, this is why he was arrested and charged with several felony counts. He is defiant and believes he is above the law. Furthermore, the co-singer of his bail bond called me several times (duly noted)wanting to revoke his bail because of his unstable nature. The correspondence was through email as well. Thus, I am willing to provide this information to any future client to review in exonerating myself and the business with the exception of redacting the person's name for privacy reasons. We have been in business for almost twenty years, very seldom in having to deal with an individual like Mr. [redacted]. We lawfully could of revoked his bond and sent him to jail, but we didn't.Our stellar reviews on Yelp, Google, Revdex.com, etc.. speak for themselves. Eighty percent of our business comes from law firms who trust in our business ethics and standards.We respectfully ask that you remove this fraudulent complaint from your system forthwith.
