I drove over the Martinez to Benicia bridge and signs are posted that this is a toll bridge. They take pictures and then send notice in the mail however it is their fault for not mailing them out in a timely manner. I crossed the bridge in mid October 2020 and did not receive anything until January 25, 2021. The real reason for this review is that the first letter notice ever received stated that I have been sent notification already about the toll fee. That is 100% false I have lived at the same address with the same phone # and same email address for over 10 years. Any information or correspondence came on January 25, 2021. To make false statements on written paperwork is fraud and needs to be changed. I will actively find other routes instead of using Fastrak dis-services!
I drove through with a Fastrak transponder in the vehicle but for some reason it didn't read so it billed the license plate which is not on an account, We have over 200 trucks at our company and I do not have time to add 200 license plates to my account so now mysteriously every time They decide not to read the transponder I get hit with a $25.00 fee even though I have an account. Good luck trying to call and get the bill added to your account either. Such a Joke! We need to vote politicians in office that will boot FasTrak out of this country for good.
