We placed and approved for sign stated (A PLUS )physical therapy and we have enough proof however fastsigns frisco installed A+ Instead of A PLUS. Their representative admitted their mistake and promised for correcting it without any additional charges. However 24 hours prior to installation I was asked to pay more money. I refused as it's their mistake and now owner *** or rep killer Stephens do not want to fix it.
Please take my official complaint and assist with this.

I personally investigated the issue in more detail and determined that we did not communicate well with the customer and offered a new sign for the difference in cost from the original smaller sign or a full refund and customer opted for a full refund. We will learn from this experience and will do better next time.
