Review: I had Lypo Laser done on 3 areas in January 2015. There was no paperwork completed for the services which I was going to receive, which I found unsettling, especially if there was an emergency during treatments. I had a co-worker going through same treatment and also felt concern. With no paperwork being done, I felt like my treatments werent being tracked for best results. I was not measured nor weighed prior to treatments. I was told I would lose inches from months 1-3 following and even more 3-5 month mark. There are pictures advertised showing dramatic changes from permanent fat loss. I felt like I showed up and the paddles were slapped on wherever. I found myself having to wait for someone to check on me to change the treatment area. It got to the point where I asked for a cell phone number to text when the machine was done. I have the text messages for validation. This was highly unprofessional and gave me a very uneasy feeling. Furthermore, my last two treatments were done by two individuals that had no idea how to work the machine or how to place the paddles. These individuals were asking me how it was done before. At one of those appointments, I pointed out to them it seemed as if the paddles were shorting out and I was concerned. Other appts the red light was solid and had never noticed the red light on them fading out and appearing to have a short. It was always a bright red light the entire time. Of course, I wasnt given an answer but a confused look. I asked my co-worker to observe the lights at her next appointment and she stated the lights remained bright the entire time. I was measured in November 2014(I can provide documentation from company) for a wedding dress and again in May 2015, there is not one change in measurements. My co-worker going at same time, also has had no results. I feel the machine was faulty and did not perform as it should. I sent letter to company in February 2015 with no response or phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I paid $5,000.00 on a service they did not provide. I would have had no problem paying that amount if what they advertised and told me were true but that is not the case.

All equipment is inspected regularly and was in full working order on the days of her procedures. All clients are informed of these needs and we never state or imply that success without lifestyle changes is possible. She also indicates that no medical testing was done and in fact, sent letters only to the medical practice from which Fat B Gon leases space.
