Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The owners response is ludicrousI spoke to the office twice on Friday, the day they were scheduled to be hereAt no time did they say I had the wrong dayThey (supposedly) sent [redacted] a message to call meNo call was received.They did show up unannounced on Saturday morningThey did not replace the thin wall conduit that was installed last yearRigid wall was paid forThey did re-wire what they were supposed to, and did install rigid conduit in a portion of the areaThey used drywall screws outdoors so they will rust.They left a multitude of screws across the driveway Luckily I spotted them and picked them up before we had flat tires on our cars.At this point, I want nothing from [redacted] or Mr Electric Sincerely, [redacted]
Hi, we have 2 guys over there right now September 3rd 2016 they arrived approximately 9:15 am. They are to resolve this issue. Sorry, for the confusion but we had them on our schedule for September 3rd 2016 for the time frame 10 am to 12 pm. thank you
