Mr [redacted] brought his year old high mileage truck to our shopstating that there is oil leaking all over.He also stated that another shop had his truck for two monthsfor the same issue, that they replaced the rear main seal..Upon inspection we found that the head gaskets were leaking..We replaced the head gaskets and road tested for miles and released the truck to Mr [redacted] ..Mr [redacted] brings his truck back after miles and stated that there is still some oil leaking from underneath the truck.We checked his truck for oil leak at no chargeused a telescopic camerabetween engine and transmission and found massive amounts of orange siliconeat the rear main seal and rear of oil panMr [redacted] was present and saw the image on the camera.He authorized to replace the rear main sealI advised him that this should be under warranty and he should take it back to the other shop so it can be done at no charge to himMr [redacted] refused.While replacing the rear seal, we found that the oil pan gasket had slipped outand was also leakingI called Mr [redacted] and advised that oil pan gasket labor will be at discounted rate since it was overlapping.After miles Mr [redacted] comes back stating that there is something still leakingUpon inspection we found that the oil pan gasket had failed.We resealed the engine under warranty at no charge to Mr [redacted] .Mr [redacted] and I went to road test the truck together and noticed that the speedometer needle was jumping around.Rechecked and found speed sensor had failed.Replaced speed sensor at no labor chargeMr [redacted] paid $for parts.Next day I received a very rude name calling,cursing phone call from some female,representing Mr [redacted] , saying that we blew up the engine on the truck.I asked her to bring it in so I can see what really happenedI am still waiting to hear from them so can resolve this issue
