Revdex.com:After initially speaking with Ms. W[redacted] of the charges over a conference call with her Supervisor Karen K[redacted], whom shared with me and Ms. W[redacted] that I should take my bank statements to the office and have Ms. W[redacted] adjust the charges. This was done, immediately Ms. W[redacted] stopped me in the lobby and stated," The way you are talking to me is all the way wrong!" I completely disagreed, and continued to state that she was being unprofessional about the situation by refusing to follow through on her supervisors orders. As a customer I was very upset with Ms. W[redacted]'s disregard for my concern. Ms. W[redacted] argued that she had the legal right to not renew my lease without probable cause. Stating, " I can put you out, and I'm going to". This was said in front of her entire staff. She have stated on several occasions, "Girl get out of my office". I have attached the utility addendum, which states that I pay $80.00. This addendum does NOT indicate a late charge if left unpaid, nor a time frame that it should be paid. However the balance was indeed paid immediately upon me being notified that it even applied to the lease by a Nora representative. I have also attached a copy of the charges, along with a direct link to my account information. Ms. W[redacted] stated that she needs access to my bank account. That is a violation of my privacy. I used this pay method as I'm a full time student, and my husband works full time first shift. We are new to the Indianapolis area and our banks are not here in Indianapolis, therefore using the Bill pay method saved money and allowed our rental payment to get to the office in a timely manner. According to the ledger provided by Ms. W[redacted], their are a few inconsistencies with the data that was inputted onto it. The dates are inconsistent with what she listed on the Revdex.com complaint as well as dates of the late charges. Ms. W[redacted] stated I was not charged, that is incorrect. I've been charged late fees for every month I have resided with Nora, this is including when I was unaware of the utility, despite the fact the rental payment was on time. I was also charged for dates when the rental payment was on time. I also just recently noticed being charged two separate late charges, one of $75.00 and one of $80.00. According to the lease a $75.00 charge apply if rental payment is late. The $80.00 charge is never listed in my lease. 12/5 as stated above in the Word document a money order was walked into the Nora Pines office, according to the ledger Nora didn't receive a check that was dropped in the drop box for 4 days, I was charged a late fee of $75.00 and $80.00. Apparently the $80.00 is for gas.  Ms. W[redacted] has clearly stated the gas been paid after my acknowledgement of the cost. It still remains on the ledger as a late fee for 1/2017, 12/2016, 11/2016, 10/2016, 9/2016, 8/2016, 7/2016, and 6/2016. Should I be upset? Every month I'm being charged $150.00 for the office managers pleasure, I'm extremely upset!Ms. W[redacted] is asking for direct access to my bank account, again a violation of privacy, and my rights.
