NYS DOES NOT PUT YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY FIRST! I filed a complaint about eight months ago with NYS, (Mesa,AZ location) after the coach's wife started cursing at me after I disagreed with how her husband was playing the gameAfter the game she got in my face in a threatening manner while still cursing at meMy twin boys saw her and both became scared I told the coach that we would not return and immediately sent an email to NYS I sent an email to the president, and the sports coordinator, TaraI have sent several emails and never received a response! Prior to this incident, there was another parent who called NYS to complain about how the coach was coaching our kids and the coach's wife became so irate that she threaten to beat that parent downShe made the statement in front of me, my husband, and some of the other parentsShe also made defamatory statements about this parent I am disgusted that this organization for children, would allow this type of behavior to continue around OUR CHILDREN!!! My kids were frighten, they have NEVER seen an adult behave that way and NYS did nothing to see that this will never happen again!

We would like to start by explaining, all work we performed to this customers vehicle, was of safety concerns onlyit shows in the recommendations section, of the signed invoice, there are far more recommended services, not performPlease note, this vehicle has been driven more than 247,miles, and has been in numerous collisionsOur service to this customer included: putting the vehicle back on the road as safely, and economical as possible.Our records do not correspond with this customers complaint Agree, the customer did call to have the work stoppedHowever, it was hours after, the approved work startedAt which point, the cost to reinstall old parts along with the restocking fees of the new parts, would have costed more than the approved workOur service adviser informed the customer of this, after the request was made.The wheel which the customer spoke of, showed no signs the lug nuts were loose! Plus, our records show these nuts were torqued to the factory recommended, 120-foot pounds eachBefore, leaving our shopBecause, evidence shows, sabotage, or perhaps metal fatigue were the factors involving this customers wheel coming offWe simply decided to assume, the latter of the too possibility’s, so as a curtesy, we repaired the hub assembly, at no chargeWe have retained pictures, documentation, and the actual lugs, showing threads were not even stretched.Further, it’s concerning this customer admits, being warned of such a dangerous situation, concerning this wheelWhy would anyone knowingly endanger themselves & others, and continue to drive an unsafe vehicle? All the above explanations had been addressed to this customer, prior to this complaint

NYS will gladly give this customer a refundUnfortunately we did not have enough kids sign up for the sport (man tackle football) in which they registered nor did we have enough kids in this customers zip area to form a teamObviously we have no control over enrollmentWe did try to place this child in man tackle football since that is what over 99% of the participants wish to doWe even had a certified coach contact the family to see if it would workObviously it didn'tWe will get a refund to this customer in the next week to daysBest regards, NYS

     The shop still continues to fabricate stories to cover the fact that the tire was not properly installed. By the time we even noticed it two of five were broken inside the wheel. we also have video and photos of this. also we have the original two that broke also we took one off front tire to put in place of the third lug nutthat was not broken just to big and just spinning inside wheel cover. we did everything in; ur power to get it back to there shop without any further damage. I have 5 kids I would never do anything to harm them. He is speaking of sabitoge he is incriminateing himself and employees. Because no one in there right mind would act in such a way when thats there only means of transportation. 3 of my kids go to school. with no car how would they get there? Also he explained how je put a new wheel assimbaly on....this is also a lie. I have before and after photos with dates when they were taken. The same one is still on my car. All they did was put the tire back on the car with new lug nuts that have no lock on them. Also he spoke of safety issues. Im pretty sure if your tire is not properly assimbled that is definitely a safety issue. He spokeof wrecks and milage on my car. I have owned it for two years maybe a little longer. I have put a lot of work in to it. Yes it a older car but its mine. no payment. So I keep it maintained. Since I have had the car it has not had any major wrecks. The bumper and hood were not causes of collisions. So he is making assumptions. Also we also noticed after the initial report that our tittle is no longer in our glove box. And we dont have a alarm horn...this could have been overlooked while putting the control arms and stuff on by mistake. But I would like to have it back. The alarm is still attached to my keys but with no horn people outside are not alirted. And there was no reason ever fro them to remove my tittle. We paid in full so no reason for them to keep it. And I completely understand doing work that needed to be done but paying for parts and labor on a part that is still visably new and reciently installed is completely unacptable. This shop needs to be looked into ASAP. Because I garentee they are doing this type of stuff on a regular basis to get extra money. Times are hard for everyone they should be here to help people not hurt them.  Thank u

Dear Sir, I am sorry for your troubles. However, it appears you are confused.  The second time you came to our shop. You personally talked to [redacted], about your vehicle, not [redacted], explained the new issue you are having with your vehicle, is not related to the repairs we had done....

 [redacted], also explained that the repairs we had completed are all correct. Had our repairs been done incorrectly or the parts failed we certainly would warranty the issue with no expense to you. May I further remained you, the only time you and I talked, "[redacted]" was when I politely answered your phone call, and you then told me to [redacted]! Sir we did not promise you a new car with your $1,200 repair, we only repaired the problems you had at the time. We are however in agreement with you.  You should not come back to our shop. The staff as well as myself will not tolerate your unacceptable language, and behaver. [redacted]Managing Member

child in 11 man tackle football since that is what over 99% of the participants wish to do. We even had a certified coach contact the family to see if it would work. Obviously it didn't. We will get a refund to this customer in the next week to 10 days. Best regards, NYS
