I am rejecting this response because:
This web builder is unethical and I do not wish to spend any more time disputing this incidentTruth be told, PayPal was not able to reverse charges because this case is based on an intangible purchasePass words and user ids are not usually soldIn any case, I leave you with William Shakespeare, " Thou knoweth thou thus because thou protest too much." Good luck to anyone who uses this so-called inept web builder with unethical practices.By the way, it seems that this company was able to secure a literate person for their last responseI am impressed that there were fewer sentence fragments and inarticulate thoughts expressedRegards,

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] ([redacted], also referred to as client) makes false and inaccurate accusations, she does not understand when people are helping her despite her shortcomings.[redacted] was able to resolve her issue contrary to this claim against us, ie., she did migrate her...

website to another service provider with the same information that she already had before filing this complaint (we are assuming by finally paying someone else to do it). So this was a waste of our collective time, it is not the first. For the record:We provided [redacted] and [redacted]i of www.avid-learning.com all access and info when we first designed the website years ago. In addition on October 28 2014 we provided all website files and database along with access info to [redacted]i and asked client if she needs our help to move/migrate the website before December 31 2014. In November [redacted] said she would handle it herself. We can verify that the access information we provided to her never changed (until she had it changed after filing this complaint which proves she did have access, again) could be verified by logging in to the backend of www.avid-learning.com website's WordPress system and from the info in our email communications. Nothing was changed by us.  If client and Godaddy's reps are/were unable to move a website (migrate using godaddy's WordPress migration software) then that is not our fault.[redacted] had asked Godaddy to call us with her on the line to clarify information but there was nothing to clarify. We did not yell at Gofdaddy or her, but we did refuse to continue the conversation with a person who constantly uses our services and refuses to pay. We had an outstanding invoice for over 6 months that Avid Learning, LLC. did not pay. We over looked it as a parting gift. And, I informed the Godaddy rep that if the rep could not do it then I suggested the rep asks higher level Godaddy hosting support engineers to help, or, just hire a web developer to setup a simple WordPress website on a Godaddy hosting account that client already has all files to. Any web person would be able to use all info provided to her to setup a new WordPress website and upload files. Or provide Godaddy whatever they needed by logging into the backend of the client's website system, everything is there.Again, [redacted] was advised on October 28 to let us know if she needs our help to migrate her site and to let us know as soon as possible to schedule it. She wanted to do it on her own and as of November 20th, she has had all files and database. She has  previously made us work without paying us. We had an open invoice from March that she did not pay willingly. She insults us, does not pay, does not do things on time and always made trouble, not a good working relationship. She came to us between Christmas and New Years eve 2014, in the holidays, 2 days before the deadline and we still accommodated her and provided information again on the 29th of December 2014. She called us on the phone with Godaddy (as per her complaint) on the 30th of December 2014, one day before the deadline that she had months to handle on her own as agreed.  It's a shame to have to waste our time and resources, and everyone involved in this matter (Godaddy, PayPal, mutual acquaintances, Revdex.com) when the person initiating the claim is the one at fault and in the wrong. Hence I am sorry to have to say all this but we tried many times to resolve our differences and she has been this way for years, unappreciative of other people's time and services and then lashing out saying wrong things sometimes going too far. We refuse to continue working for free (we helped her out over the years due to a good relationship we have with a mutual acquaintance) and helping someone who is constantly ungrateful.

We are rejecting her response. We gave her valid passwords that worked, tested with Filezilla (for FTP) and by logging into the back-end of WordPress. We validated the "absolute path" for the hosting with a screenshot which we also emailed. [redacted]i did not fully comprehend what she was attempting to do and because of that she was making unreasonable demands and accusations. We provided over $1000 of FREE support during the period that she was our client.[redacted] DISPUTED THE PAYMENT OF $175 WITH PAYPAL AND PAYPAL SETTLED IN OUR FAVOR.For anyone reading this and is still not certain that Fatafati has not done anything wrong, please continue reading:1. Files and Database were provided almost a year ago in March 2014. This is what she needs to move her website and infact, she used this data we provided to get it up and running, (her website was successfullymoved to her new hosting outside of Godaddy after this dispute was initiated by her with information she already had). She wanted to do it a different way through Godaddy and needed additional information and in December we provided all the additional information she requested. A couple of emails were sent to address this and that takes time to explain things in the email as well, also billable. We communicated over the phone regarding this which is also billable. It was after business hours but we accommodated her. All information given was valid. She said she needed this information for transferring her website using Godaddy's migration tool. We had completed the job we were hired to perform.2. No one is blackmailing anyone. [redacted] thinks she can get us to talk to her, do work for her, spend 2 hours of our time on our holidays (December 28-31) at no cost at all. Many companies do not work on weekends or holidays and or pickup a phone call after work hours. But we did. Then after we agree to $175 and do the work ($100 was for the current work and $75 for past work) she calls us liars and blackmailers even though it was her who did not know what to do. Even after all this and after the December 31st 2014 deadline, we extended the hosting at no additional cost to her so she has more time if she needed because she explained that she had a death in the family. We sympathized with her and bought her extra time and did not bill her for this.3. The $500 fee for migration was rush pricing based on workflow and availability and the fact that she contacted us 3 days before the deadline of December 31st. She made her request last minute even though we gave her ample time.  See email below that we sent to her (and other clients) on September 30 2014 giving her 3 months to migrate the website or let us know by October 10 if she needs our help to do it. She did not contact us in the given time and when she did contact us later she mentioned she would take care of migration herself.  On September 30 2014, the following email was sent out to all clients (including her) and she had 3 months to migrate her website:Dear [redacted]Fatafati is transitioning into a new entity providing design, marketing and consulting services only.Fatafati will no longer be hosting websites for clients or provide hosting services starting January 1, 2015. You are receiving this email because your website(s) is hosted in Fatafati's Godaddy hosting accounts and you need to purchase Godaddy hosting (or any other) and migrate your website(s) to your own hosting account by December 31 2014.Please be advised that if you wish for us, Fatafati, to setup your new hosting for you and migrate your website by December 31, 2014, you need to contact us immediately no later than October 10th 2014 for us to quote you on the cost of migrating your website(s) individually and coordinate the process before the deadline. If we do not hear from you by October 10, 2014 we will assume you have decided to migrate your own website(s) and files and that you understand that the hosting will be cancelled on January 1, 2015.Thank you for your cooperation.-Fatafati Team4. The old invoice for $75 was a legitimate 1 hour charge for communications and work we did, again, none of our other clients will call us and make us work not expecting to pay and take advantage of us repeatedly. Most clients are on hourly basis after a job/project is completed and all clients know we have a 24-48 hour turnaround time for responses. All work needs to be scheduled. But we always try to make ourselves available for emergencies. [redacted] made us do some work in early 2014 and she did not respond when we invoiced her and later we also followed up with an email requesting payment, she ignored us for months and never paid. 5. [redacted] contacted us on December 28 when we were officially not working (we accommodated her after business hours, at nights, and holidays when possible). Still, we did work with her that day and [redacted] agreed to pay $100 for our work and time + $75 for the past due invoice that we cancelled and added on to the new invoice. That was what the $175 was for. For the sake of this argument and keeping focus on THIS dispute of $175, whether we cancelled the previous $75 or not or why we did it has nothing to do again with the fact that she agreed to pay the $175 for work that we would do. Then later she disputes on the grounds of incorrect information/passwords. The passwords in question that she claims didn't work - never changed AND ALWAYS WORKED. And now she is making false and defaming statements. $175 Question: If she was unable to migrate her website using a Godaddy migration tool IT DOES NOT MEAN that we gave her wrong information. She spoke to a Godaddy rep who lacked the knowledge to advise her to look into the back-end of the WordPress website where all info resides that Godaddy might need.  Again, PASSWORDS DID WORK and ALL INFO PROVIDED WAS ACCURATE.  We even provided other information we thought Godaddy might need in our second email. In the end she was able to move her website with the original database and files we gave her in early 2014. Nothing has changed except [redacted]'s commitment of paying and then disputing payment after services rendered on grounds unrelated to the payment agreement. As [redacted] says, we hope all potential clients of both parties involved in this dispute infer from this experience and it helps them decide whether or not to work with either parties. If you want to make people work for free, please do not contact Fatafati. If you agree to terms and later disagree on unfounded grounds, please do not contact Fatafati. If you respect others and value their time as we do, please contact Fatafati. And if you like to work with integrity, then together we have the foundation for a great relationship, please do contact Fatafati. We refuse to spend any more time on this issue.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was never given any password info from the onset and never made it an issue as the web builders were to manage the site. I should not be blackmailed into paying for password info if I refuse to pay the web builders absorbant $500 fee to migrate the site. Other reputable companies including GoDaddy only charge $100 to migrate a site. I was able to migrate the site for additional cost since I was not given all of the passwords to move the site.  This web builder has unscrupulous practices to swindle money from clients. The invoice for a previous false work charge of $75  was removed prior to my paying the recent $175 invoice for the passwords to migrate my site. Irronically, I received an email that claimed that the $1charge 175 also included the $75 older charge after I paid the $175 invoice. I have a record of the cancelled invoice and for the separate $175 charge which did not reference the canceled invoice charge.  Clearly, I was defrauded. I hope other potential and current clients of this company will benefit from my mistake of trusting a web builder.
