I own property in *** countyThe neighbors bought a double wide from *** *** ** *** **Dirt Works unloaded their heavy equipment onto my property and dug huge ruts and destroyed my historic log corn cribWhen I contacted *** *** I was assured this would be fixed/taken care ofI advised them that I do not want Dirt Works on my property againBut they did it againWhen I called Rodney Andrews of Dirt Works he was rude and disrespectfulThis is not a public road or a public right of wayIt is privateI would like for him to make this rightI will be forced to hire a lawyer and go that route if you can't help to resolve thisThank you for your time and assistance

I CONTACTED FATBURGER REGARDING TWO VISITS AND REPORTED UNDERCOOKED BURGERS AND OLD BUNS BOTH VISITS.I CONTACTED CORPORATE OFFICE 11/19/2014 ONLY TO RECEIVE A LETTER OF APOLOGY SIGNED [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX EMAIL [redacted]@FATBURGER.COM.I RECEIVED GIFT CERTIFCATES THAT I'M UNABLE TO USE. I CONTACTED THEIR OFFICE AT LEAST FIVE TIMES AND WAS TOLD THE ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED AND TO DATE I HAVE NO RESOLUTION.Desired SettlementI WANT A REFUND FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME AND THIS NEVER HAPPENED.

until recently, I was a regular customer at Fatburgers,XXXXX [redacted] XXXXX. Phone XXX-XXX-XXXX. The bottom of my receipts advertise a FREE offer: free fry with the next burger purchase. Must redeem within 2 weeks of receipt date."The problem is, the store would NOT honor this advertised free offer if the person was a senior citizen and asking for a senior discount. the policy changed, Where either the fries were free OR a senior discount was given BUT the customer was NOT informed. I contacted the general manager, was told the location was under new management and they were not honoring the advertised special and the senior discounts on the same receipt. I've heard that "under new management" excuse before when the manager was speaking to other customers about their problems. Not once did the cashier and/or general manager,when completing my order, advise me I could only use the free fries or the senior discount. I would just be overcharged. In my opinion, this is deception and total disregard for long time customers. at no time, did I ever see any signs which indicated only one discount at a time. I wrote a letter to the CEO Which was ignored. If a business cannot be honest or interested in keeping customers happy, it comes as no surprise the corporate letter was ignored. My family is now eating our hamburger combos at Fatburgers COMPETITOR where there is no problem using free offers or senior discounts.Desired Settlement$10.00. As far as I can figure, this is the amount I was overcharged
