I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I disagree with Fath Properties' Exhibit A, "Mold and Mildew Tracking Log" It is inaccurate and incomplete It does not reflect my numerous calls to the Management Office I don't know what information the other attachment contained I could not extract it onto my computer Because of substandard living conditions, I tried to work out problems with Fath Properties rather than rent escrowBecause of fear of retaliation from Fath Properties: (1) I did not call the Board of Health; (2) did not place rent in escrow; (3) did not go to Legal Aid Services; and (4) did not report to Revdex.com I felt comfortable with moving to another unit for what I saw as a good faith gesture from Fath Properties in resolving issues That is why I did not act on the four areas mentioned above Whereas the mold issues were not resolved, my health became affected; my personal items were destroyed; and, as stated in the original complaint, I had to move in with relatives During my stay at *** ***, I was constantly ill from inhaling mold which Fath Properties refused to get rid of, I ended up losing my job and could no longer afford to live in substandard apartments I subsequently had to move in with my grandmother who helped me with my medication I did not have medical insuranceI am therefore requesting compensation for the days and nights when the unit was unlivable; and, remuneration for cleaning products and labor for constantly washing floors and walls; reimbursement for clothing.

processing the paperwork for the refund of money
applied toward the apartment Mr& Mrs*** had been

Unfortunately we will not be paying a cash settlement.  We
responded to any calls we received regarding  his first apartment. 
We also transferred him to a new apartment before he moved out owing us money.
We do not believe the mold on the clothing and other items was caused as a
result of water damage, but by the resident have so much in a closet that air
could not circulate causing surface mold on those items.

Mr. [redacted] was evicted from [redacted]s in 2013 for non –
payment of rent. He currently has a balance owing to Fath Properties.
Mr. [redacted] lease stated he should carry Renter’s Insurance to
cover any damages to his personal property.
 
I have attached copies of his maintenance...

request showing temperature
readings of 78 degrees in his apartment. Fath Properties states we will provide
70 degree heat. The boilers are turned off in the
spring so the statement, the manager would leave the heat on
in the summer is not accurate. I have also attached a copy of the Mold Log to
show we are very good at keeping
records. Included is a statement from the manager.
 
Fath Properties will not be paying Mr. [redacted] any settlement.
