Review: I called Father and Son Appliance to send out a repairman to look at a broken washing machine and refrigerator icemaker on 9/*/19. The guy they sent had no tools, spent the entire visit complaining about the company, and failed to inspect the icemaker. They then called with a quote of $549 to replace the icemaker, which turned out not to be broken at all. I called several times to complain and request a refund for what I felt was fraudulent service (the service charge to visit the apartment as $103.43, charged to my credit card on 9/**/14). When I spoke to the [redacted] of the company about my issue, he was completely unprofessional, attacking my character and using threatening and abusive language to dismiss my claim.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded for the service visit in the amount of $103.43.
