Revdex.comIndianapolis, IN 46204- Re: ID [redacted] March 7, Thank you for the notice of complaint filed by one of our residents with the Revdex.comWe take seriously the concerns articulated by our residentsIn this case, Ispoke with one of the two residents during my latest visit and explained the reason for that visit, along with the previous visits to the apartmentAs described to the resident, we have no desire to intrude upon this or any other apartment, and respect the rights of the tenants to quiet enjoyment of their apartment within the bounds of their lease We do recognize that there have been several visits recently to this apartmentIn short,the v isits were precipitated by a notice by the City to inspect all the apartments in this building in relationship to occupancy permitsThe City inspection generated a visit by our maintenance team to address items outlined by the City reportAn additional item was then identified by our maintenance staff (not initially noted by the City), and was addressed due to safety concernsDuring that maintenance visit, a cleanliness issue was identifiedThis generated a cleanliness inspection by the Property Manager Each of these visits were well announced prior to entry, and communicated via the contact information provided by the resi entWe exercised due diligence in communication and follow-through for each of the identified issues (both by the City and by our staff members)The City will require a follvisit to ensure compliance with the issues identified in their reportIf this visit does not demonstrate cleanliness issues, this should be the last intrusion due to these concerns We sincerely appreciate our residents and desire that they have a wonderful experience with Olympus Properties while in their apartmentsWe will continue to address issues once identified,with respect and due diligence, to ensure the wellbeing of the residents and the integrity of the propertySincerelyProperty Manager

As described to the resident, we have no desire to intrude upon this or any other apartment, and respect the rights of the tenants to quiet enjoyment of their apartment within the bounds of their lease.   We do recognize that there have been several visits recently to this apartment.
